The service was fine. The configuration of the room was not. The toilet was right next to the bed and the bathroom (sink, shower) was all the way down the hall. It was very unpleasant. However, the bed was very comfortable, the robe was very cosy and the Illy coffee capsules were excellent.

Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. From the location and view alone, it is still good. Next, I will elaborate on the unsatisfactory aspects: 1. The hotel is relatively old, and the cabinet doors cannot be completely closed; 2. There is no shower room. When taking a shower in the bathtub, the shower curtain will suck on the body, which is disgusting. Because the shower curtain is not changed every day, I am not sure whether it is changed with the change of guests. It is scary to think about it; 3. There is a small hole in the wash basin. I found it when I checked in, but I thought that if there was no impact, it would not be covered by the warranty. As a result, it leaked during use, so I reported it for repair. The hotel actually asked if I broke it. What kind of logic is that if it was really me, why should I provide warranty? Besides, the old damage can be seen at a glance; 4. The most outrageous thing is that my credit card was successfully swiped at checkout, and I received the deduction reminder, but the front desk said that it was not received, and repeatedly asked to provide other payment methods to pay again. I refused at first, but it seemed that if I didn’t pay, they would not let me leave. I could only provide my family’s card again, and then it was issued. After nearly a month of twists and turns, the hotel finally said that they received the money paid by my card, but the payee was another property under their group, a big mistake, and then refunded it to my family's card. This is...no experience at all. I am deeply disappointed. I will never choose this hotel when I pass by there in the future. I also advise Chinese travelers that if you must stay at their place, it is best to pay the deposit and room fee in cash.
