If you ventured to Caen, there’s a nice hotel near the Gare (Train Station), that’s perfect for travelers. The hotel is clean, the staff is hospitable and friendly. The hotel is situated on the banks of the Ore River and is located in the Les Rives de l’Orne shopping center which has many shops and restaurants. Breakfast is included! Recommend to anyone visiting Caen/Normandy area!

Room was big with a small kitchen. Bathroom pretty small but ok for a night. Breakfast was good with a lot to chose from. No A/C in the room so it got pretty hot during the day and didn’t decrease much at night. Location north of the city but close to the tram to the city center

Hôtel bien situé à 30 min à pied du centre ville, marché et des restos Très calme si vous prenez une chambre côté cour, très propre . Petit parking qui a le mérite d'être là à défaut des places gratuites dans la rue Petit déjeuner très copieux ahec du choix et à volonté. Et le plus un couple de gérant aux petits soins pour ses clients, très agréable, gentil, avenant, de bons conseils.... Un séjour bien sous tous rapports. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir Ps : merci de nous avoir permis de déposer nos achats de fromage 😁😁😁. Nous espérons que l'odeur a disparu Continuez ainsi vous êtes formidables À bientôt

We stayed here for one night on route through France. On first glance the hotel is contemporary and thoughtfully decorated. The staff speak good English and were welcoming. We were on the second floor and our room had limited head space due to the eves. The bathroom is open plan with a separate toilet that was so high our toes only just reached the floor! The bed was very comfortable and the aircon welcome on a summers night. However our shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold - no happy medium, making it unusable. We reported it to reception but weren’t offered an alternative room and the promised visit from maintenance didn’t materialise. There was no reduction in our bill to reflect this. Breakfast was €18 per person and a typical (but fairly limited) continental set up. There was a self service egg boiler but no option for omelettes or poached eggs offered. In hindsight a croissant and coffee at a local Boulanger would have been a much better and cheaper option. Caen is a lovely town and we’d like to come back for longer, but we won’t return to this hotel.

Good hotel, gentle staff. It is located in a quite central area. My room was a single, quite small but clean, but it was very special to have a bathroom shower in the bedroom, so who used the water had no great privacy. I don't know if it's just a characteristic of individuals, because I was traveling only so I didn't have any needs for privacy Breakfast was good, all in the good average.
