We stay for 2 nights..facilities was okay, other services like airport pick up is not available and front desk told us iTs not updated in the online, upon check out i forgot our towel, and when we call the next day they are telling its’s not there😔, about the free breakfast it should be buffet but instead they gave us meal per person only..

Service is okay, staffs are courteous but very few servers at the resto.
Not PWD and SC friendly hotel. No elevator and no hot shower 😒
No slippers as well.

Stayed here after getting a late flight into the airport. Nice pool but expensive for what it is.

There was renovations on on of the structures. No problem there and I understand that. The towels were mildew and smelled like it. Sorry, I hate to give unpleasant reviews but I have to tell the truth.

Clean, safe for kids and well-maintained swimming pool. Also, the perimeter beach area is well-guarded. The buffet breakfast was splendid.

Very good place to stay. My biggest gripe is that we had to pay extra for a bed that wasn’t used as the room already had a single and a twin, which accommodates 3 and then a mattress for the 4th person. Which was our party of 4, but we were forced to get another mattress for an invisible guest. This needs to be clarified between the host and ********** as it makes things awkward when checking in. Please do better!

All staff are friendly and polite. Room are clean. Place is lovely to stay. Only one disappointment no WI-FI when we stayed. We need WI-FI to stay in contact with our family and friends abroad. We want to stay there again on our next holiday in CDO. Highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff specially in the restaurant team.

I love this place, and i really like the staff. Its one of the nicest places in Mindinao. It offers a beach, pool, and resturaunt. Great for kids. And convenient to go to Airport early or late.

Pros: Check-in was fast and efficient AC was working well, water pressure was good, hot water available Clean towels Firm bed, pillows okay Buffet breakfast had limited options but with nice view of the beach Cons: Use of keys (rooms still had doorknobs), no secondary lock feature (barrel bolt) which was an issue raised with front desk; requested for another room, one with a working barrel lock but was told the only available room was at a much higher price; no other solution was suggested or given. Had to improvise with a clothes hanger just to have some sense of security. Room furniture were outdated. There’s mold and rust in shower fixtures, thin and dingy shower curtain.
