Disappointing I’m fairly disappointed with this property. The rooms are definitely not “soundproofed” as you can hear absolutely everything going on in the other rooms. The bed is not memory foam or, if it is, it’s extremely old. The room has a smell that I think is coming from the old wardrobe and now all of my belongings I brought stink. There is a loud, obnoxious buzzing sound that goes off in the hallway every few minutes. The street is under major construction that doesn’t look like it’s going to be finished anytime soon and is quite dark at night as is the entrance to the building. You have to call direct to get the information about how to check in. I had to call twice and had no further contact with the host. I would not stay here again.

Frukost? Väldigt lyhörd med parkettgolv utanför rummet, hörs när man går med högklackat, och drar bagaget genom korridoren , också när man dammsuger rummet intill. Dålig internetuppkoppling, kopplingen kommer och går. Slarvigt städning av golv. Det värsta var frukosten som består av 1 kaffe, 1 flaska vatten, 1 glas juice och 1 bakelse! Fick första gången vatten från kranen som byttes sedan ut vid påpekande, andra gången fick vi fråga efter juicen då den inte serverades i samband med det övriga. Det blev inga fler besök till”frukosten”

Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza orchidea, il bagno accessoriato con doccia radio, vasca idromassaggio top, letto super comodo, frigo bar in camera con acqua, uscendo abbiamo potuto sbirciare nelle altre camere, poiché erano presenti le signore delle pulizie con porte aperte , stanze tutte belle e simil-diverse tra di loro ottimo

Appena entrato stavo per andarmene all'istante. Dal costo elevato più di 100 euro a notte in bassa stagione e dalle foto sembrava qualcosa di fresco, nuovo, rilassante e invece mi ritrovo in un posto vecchio, sporco e al limite della sopravvivenza. Dall'armadio proveniva una puzza di umido e di muffa incredibile, strati di polvere ovunque, cuscino con macchia forse di sangue. Da una notte romantica si è trasformato in un incubo. Mi dispiace veramente fare una recensione così, ma se lo standard è questo mi sarei aspettato 40/50 euro a notte , ma se uno cerca qualcosa un po più di "lusso" visto l'idromassaggio sconsiglio vivamente. Necessità di una pesante ristrutturazione/pulizia , ed illuminate le scale interne che si cammina al buio

La struttura e le stanze sono molto carine e arredate con gusto. La zona è molto vicina al centro e alle principali attrazioni e servizi, unica pecca che ovviamente non dipende dalla struttura sono i lavori sul viale trieste (non tanto per rumori che non abbiamo mai sentito ma maggiormente per decoro urbano). Trattasi ovviamenti di situazione passeggera.
