through an app I found this room in the center of Cagliari in an elegant building. furnished in the essential with taste. maximum discretion. I was received cordially. very nice and competent. I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism. despite being centrally located, there is no noise. I really recommend it. price quality are excellent. deserves to be taken into consideration.

In the safety deposit box there was the key to a room other than the one booked but since in the afternoon the owner had told us of a plumbing problem, which was then resolved, we thought he had changed it as it was the only key present. In the latter there were several disservices and embarrassing situations: - hairdryer not working (it made smoke) - fake fan not working in the blind bathroom - bathroom light absent (we used the one in the mirror) - when they flushed the toilet in the adjacent room our drain was making noise -WHEN THE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM NEAR OURS WENT TO THE BATHROOM ALL THE "BAD SMELL" WENT INTO OUR ROOM FROM THE FAKE FAN AND IT WAS NOT THE SMELL OF CAGLIARI AS WE WERE TOLD BY THE STAFF. - There was MOLD in the joints of the shower! clearly without a window and a fan the humidity stagnates .. - The walls were so thin that while I was talking to my girlfriend THE GUYS FROM THE OTHER ROOM ANSWERED ME and laughing we chatted for a moment . -The air conditioner made water drip on the wall and on the entrance door..in the evening we also heard some "electrical noises" (probably created by this condensation with the electrical parts) -there were halos of slaps in the wardrobe mirror -I pillows were low and uncomfortable - the light in the room only came on from the entrance and not from the bedside tables. - Face towels were missing (there were only bidet and shower) - a welcome thing was the bottle of water in the fridge.. but if there are 2 guests maybe it would be good to put 2. - finally we didn't like the behavior of the staff that first it almost seemed that we had chosen the different key (as previously mentioned there was a single key in the safety box with the code), then he told us that he could see how to solve it and then .. he disappeared! and we waited for their solution to the problem..never arrived.But the best thing is that he had blamed another couple who had inverted the keys..yes, but they would have found the problems anyway! We spent 65€ to ruin our stay in Cagliari.

Piacevole esperienza. Pulizia eccellente. Camera spaziosa dotata di ogni confort incluso servizio navetta a pagamento. Molto vicino al centro. Ci si può muovere a piedi tranquillamente. Il personale molto gentile cordiale e disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. Davvero consigliato.

Struttura moderna, confortevole e situata in posizione ottimale per muoversi a piedi o con mezzi pubblici. Stanza dotata di tutti i confort ( TV, condizionatore, asciugamani,...) e soprattutto pulizia eccellente! Disponibilità e cordialità del signor Roberto che vi segue nel check in e check out da poter fare in piena autonomia. Consigliata!
