If we had to wish for one thing, it would be a rooftop terrace or a pool to enjoy the Sardinian sun after a day of exploring – that would’ve made it perfect. "We stayed for 6 nights, but the hotel only provided two bottles of water in the whole week, as a “welcome drink.” We moved to another five-star hotel in town and they offered complimentary water every day. Small items like water don’t cost much, but they really make guests feel better cared for."

The room was very clean and especially the bathroom, thanks to the cleaning lady! She does an amazing job. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In short, this hotel was great. Breakfast was also decent. I can recommend!"

"The hotel's location is beautiful, right on the beach. At the beginning of Poetto Beach. 150 meters away is the bus stop where the buses take you to the city center in 15 minutes. The atmosphere is lovely. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and tidy. The room is gorgeous and has a large balcony. The hotel has free bicycles, and riding them along the lungomare is a must-do activity!"

"We are experienced travelers. We chose this guesthouse because it was reviewed as a "fabulous" option. It is indeed close to Poetto beach, but the property is dated and uncomfortable. The entrance to the apartment is untidy. At 5:00 PM, the room was still not ready. Fortunately, the weather was nice, and the room was only used for overnight stays. The price-to-service ratio is unfair."

"Very beautiful hotel incredible design. We had the room ‘I tetti’ with amazing terrace and 360 view of Cagliari. The palace is antique and re-furbished in a very styled way. Things that don’t work. In the toilet one window cannot be closed and there is a lot of light in the morning. Need to change the sink faucet in order to allow the shutter door to close. Also the breakfast is really poor. Only cold. No option for eggs, yogurt, fruit. For a 5 star not acceptable."

"I find it shameful to propose and sell a room like this... I don't give it a 1 just for the comfort of the mattress and the cleanliness... and to think that I went there another time and the room assigned to me at least had a view of the port... this time a total disaster, the room that they assigned me perhaps due to the lack of other rooms (it's not a justification anyway) was incredible... no covering curtains, internal view not commentable. air conditioning motor of the entire structure on the balcony, among other things dirty balcony... a constant noise all night and all day, moreover the terribly old frames that didn't isolate anything... the lack of curtains in a window prevented you from sleeping.... other constant noises in addition to the external air conditioning, disturbed continuously 24 hours a day.... due to the absence of good windows the smell of pastries came in already at 3 in the morning..... an incredible experience and an invitation to the structure not to sell accommodation of this kind, not very decorous..."
