Max at the front desk was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. Mila was also wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean, spacious, and brightly lit, with a comfortable layout and a balcony that opened to lovely views. The location couldn’t be better: easy walking distance to major tour departure points, the Esplanade, and many great restaurants. The convenience of a self‑service laundry room was another big plus during our travels. Overall, this hotel delivered comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairns.

Location of the hotel is great and very convenient. The staff are friendly, towels were changed daily, and the pool was really nice. Overall, it was an excellent stay. The only small issue was that when we asked housekeeping to change our bedsheets on day 4 of our stay, it wasn’t done and the bed was left as it was. Other than that, everything was very good and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was very comfortable, and I loved having a balcony to sit out and enjoy the view. The dining scene nearby was lively, and it's super close to the pier, which made boat trips incredibly convenient. The service was excellent too!

Studio -clean, tidy and well- served breakfast for the guests. location 10/10 and could enjoy the restaurants, lagoon, museum and cafes. would recommend for couple or family. cleanness 8/10, daily cleaning service. Coin-laundry place and snack vending machine and swimming pool for the guests.
