Pacific Hotel Cairns Reviews

Cairns is a nice, warm, green city. The location of the hotel is great, close to the restaurants, shops, promenade where you can enjoy walking or running along the sea. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable bed. This room has a view of the mountains and the parking lot.

All the other things are really nice, but the wifi cannot be connected in my room. I asked help from the reception, after they checked the wifi connecting conditions, they kindly changed room for me. However, when I came back to the room at night, the wifi cannot be connected again for the rest of the night and the morning after. Also, there are no provides for stuff like shaving kit, body cream. But their service is good and kind.

Great central location. Room was modern and beautifully decored. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Our stay was comfortable for the 3 nights, great location, close to all amenities.

As a couple this was our first time in Cairns. The hotel is in an excellent location everything is within walking distance. The staff were very helpful including allowing us to store our bags since we had an afternoon flight. Room was spacious and very clean and we liked chilling by the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Everything is ok except they put us in 2 single bed rooms instead of a king room as we booked and paid for.

The location is perfect. Within 3 min you can reach Woolworth, Port, and night market. (DFC is right under the hotel if you want to do shopping) However, the service was really not pleasing - every staff was cooperative, but they know nothing and were not helpful at all. No adaptor/code was available, the trash can was not cleaned, and the towels were very old. No toothbrush provided - we were told they ran out of the stock and we need to buy it from woolworth.
