The hotel is located in a fantastic position. It has direct access to the beach promenade walk, very close to the night market (2 minutes walk), and very close to many other POI in the town. The service is good, the guys at the reception are great, they’re kind and very happy to help for everything. Very good gem in town

Good vibes- near to Esplanade and rooms with sea view include the beautiful flyer, that made the stay colourful! For the foot spa and facial, the staff was friendly. Also beside the Night market and walking distance to train station, about 15-20mins walk.

Friendly, helpful check-in. The man at the counter offered extra towels when he heard we were taking a trip to the Great Barrier Reef. Paid a little extra for an upgrade as we wanted to check in early. Room was fine temperature and bed comfort-wise. It was a little bit dark when in the room at night. Also, there are no type c or plug ins next to the bed, just old style USB. We didn’t have breakfast but enjoyed a drink in one of the cocktail bars by the pool. Would recommend and stay again for its cost and location.

Great location and place to stay in. The hotel is also part of the pickup location for Daintree Forest Tours which is a no brainier and close to the boat terminals too.

This hotel is centrally located on the esplanade, and this is its main plus. In everything else, in my view, it loses out to the Hilton , to which I moved after a few days. My room smelled to the extent it made me feel unwell. The two swimming pools they boast are a joke. In the first glass pool, you are fully exhibited to everyone on the esplanade, which is why no one swims. In the second one you can't swim if there's anyone else in the pool, it's that narrow. The spa is a private massage joint. I was given a parking spot with no remote the first day, and allowed to park as an exception - their parking is too small to accomidate a hotel of this size. It has no ev charging. The breakfast is nowhere as good as the Hiltons. In any case I fixed all these problems by moving.

I felt so-so about it. Both pools were extremely small and looked quite dirty. If you're looking for a sandy beach pool like in Sanya, you'd have to stay at the Riley next door. The only good thing was the location; the night market was right downstairs. It felt more like a 3- or 4-star hotel in China. When I checked out, they insisted I had used items from the mini-bar and tried to withhold my deposit. I had to contact Trip.com customer service to get my deposit back. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The location is excellent, right downstairs from the night market. The port and city center are both conveniently located. The harbor view was decent, though from Building A, it was slightly obstructed by another building. From the 7th floor, the public pool obscured much of the view. Reviews suggest higher floors offer much better scenery. The city-facing view wasn't anything special. The room was very new but had a distinct smell. I'd recommend opening the window to air it out overnight. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was very enthusiastic and helpful. The room fan can be set to 'low' for less noise.
