This is a really nice hotel. You can see the sea right outside the door. The hotel is well-equipped and the swimming pool at night is very beautiful. I especially want to praise the service attitude of the hotel. The staff are all very friendly. Because my friend's birthday was coming and I didn't have time to prepare a cake, they specially provided a cake storage service, which was of great help to us. In addition, they kindly prepared umbrellas for us on rainy days. It's a hotel worth recommending!

It was great! The service was excellent, with room service every day. The bed was also very comfortable. It's very close to the airport, only a $25 taxi ride away. And the beach is right outside the door!

Excellent hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. Definitely get a sea view room. We loved waking up to the amazing view. We like walking so we purposely didn’t stay right in the city or on the marina, it was a half hr walk to either as you are right in the middle.

The gym that is advertised as a package deal for the hotel was completely irrelevant as it was places 2 blocks from the hotel. We asked for a balcony side overlooking cairns beach. But we got a street view where an illegal indigenous “block” party was going on. we called once they checked it out and then they came again. The shower was really bad and short above the shower there was an intake and it was covered in dust and mold. Not been cleaned in a. Couple years. The charger situation was atrocious had 2 PowerPoints opposite to the bed which is so dumb. No Netflix or chromecast to the tv. Pillows were trash and needed a couple to stay up right. hotel was a hot 3/10. That’s generous

Lovely hotel located at the other end of the Esplanade. The broad walk at the back of the hotel was nice to stroll along and an easy way to get to the city center. Kudos to the reception staff, Riccardo for leaving a really good first impression when I first arrived. He was so clear in explaining everything I needed to know before I checked in, and subsequent days when I saw him he was also really helpful with whatever requests I had. The room was big and spacious, very comfy beds!! The housekeeping staff were also friendly whenever I saw them as I head out for the day. Food from the room service was tasty. However, the breakfast buffet options were almost the same everyday though, wish there could have been more variety. But overall, I still had a rather pleasant stay here(:

location a little way from city center but got public bus outside cairns hospital, about 5 minutes walk, costs only $1 for day to anywhere! breakfast was fine, but kids were disappointed that there were no hot chocolate! level 6 sea views was very nice. room is good size with 2 queen beds but the beds were a little soft for our 50+ year old bodies! there were ants in bed and on wall, so not happy about that! reception service was fine as expected.

Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Enjoyed the facilities and had a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
