Reviews of Cairns Sheridan Hotel

We were late arriving, which I had notified the property of. When checking in the guy at the desk was not the Aussie welcome I’d expected. He was short and dismissive. We left quite early the next morning and the same person ‘Russell’ was on reception and showed little regard or gratitude for our stay. It felt as though we were an inconvenience to him us being there. The room itself was pleasant.

service is ok. location no good. facility run down, not lovely at all

Not a bad for the price. Front desk staff were exceptional. Not walking distance to Cairns restaurants and esplanade but a good place to sleep comfortably. Has a bath which is a great plus👍

Everything else is OK, but the hot water bottle contains leftover water from previous customers, which is a penalty.
