Very good location. Room is big and clean. Very close to the airport still very quiet. Happy to recommend it.

We were late arriving, which I had notified the property of. When checking in the guy at the desk was not the Aussie welcome I’d expected. He was short and dismissive. We left quite early the next morning and the same person ‘Russell’ was on reception and showed little regard or gratitude for our stay. It felt as though we were an inconvenience to him us being there. The room itself was pleasant.

The good thing is that you can check in 24 hours a day. The room I stayed in had a bathtub and was clean, so I was able to fill the bathtub with hot water.

It's really quite easy to use, so it's better to have better home appliances.

The room was very clean. However, the walls were a little thin, so you could hear a lot of noise from the next room. I was woken up at around 3am by the sound of the shower in the next room. It took about 40 minutes to walk to the center of Cairns. It was hard to walk in the hot sun, but it was good exercise. The staff at Pronto were all very polite and helpful. They were happy to store my luggage for me even before check-in, and they also arranged a taxi for me.

Everything else is OK, but the hot water bottle contains leftover water from previous customers, which is a penalty.
