Good hotel, great location. The breakfast staff in the morning were great and attentive. Always served us very well. The reception and hosuekeeping staff need to improve their attentiveness. For example, we had to call housekeeping to remind them on several occasions as they hadn't turned up when they were supposed to, and inconsistent standard of housekeeping was also an issue. Secondly, the checkin staff didn't mention that for charges to be added to the room bill, a deposit was required. We weren't aware of this and were told by restaurant staff. When we raised these complaints on checkout, they offered an apology and a free hot drink.

Traveling with my parents, 3 adults in total, and the two 1.5-meter beds were enough. We were given a room on the 3rd floor with a partial view of the Nile, although I don't think we booked a river view room. The room was spacious enough, with a sofa and plenty of space. This is a newly opened Hilton, and the interior decor is very new. Security is strict, and the service is warm and welcoming. The room is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities including a restaurant, gym, and swimming pool. My stay was fantastic! Highly recommended!
