The hotel looks very nice both inside and out. There are two bathrooms for three people staying in the hotel. However, when two people were showering at the same time at night, the power went out in the entire room! There was no hot water and it was super cold! The temperature was only around 10 degrees at night, so we asked someone to come and turn on the power again. But within two minutes of showering, the power and water went out again! This time, we were told to turn off all electrical appliances and continue showering after the repairs were done. Then, the power and water went out for the third and fourth time... My friend and I were so cold that we were shivering all over and didn't shower at all. When the hotel staff came, they told us not to shower. It was amazing that we had to take a shower and the power and water went out four times.

Room No. 2 single beds are small compared to the double bed room

It happened to me that the door to room 313 was not opened with the card 3 times while I was returning at night and every time we called the reception from the parents' room and they said to send someone and they did not send more than half an hour and I was going back and forth to the reception because of the room card
The hotel is clean but the rooms are small, even the room with a living room is not suitable for families with children more than two children even if you take more than one room and a living room
Far from the areas around the Nile, Zamalek, Dokki and the areas where there is life
The view of the hotel from the windows or balcony is of very old buildings that are more than 100 years old
