Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza

The hotel boasts an excellent location with unparalleled views of the Nile River from the upper floors. The hotel maintains the consistent quality and standards of the Four Seasons, with impeccable room and dining services.

This was our first accommodation on a trip with a child. We had to check in early due to our flight, but it took over an hour. The check-in process was slow and the staff were responsive. While we were checking in, the drinks we ordered in the lobby were complimentary. The carpets inside the hotel were stained and dirty. The service was generally acceptable, but I wasn't satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness. It was nice to have an ATM next to the reception on the first floor. Room service was generally acceptable, but not great for Korean tastes. The location is close to the city center, but it's not an easy walk to Tahrir Square, as you have to cross a major street.

The decoration of an old 5-star hotel is full of age, but clean and refreshing.

The best service in terms of speed of response to any request, in addition to cleanliness and attention to services, as well as good reception, especially from Brother Mohab in the reception department. All employees are characterized by professionalism and sophistication in dealing. There is no doubt that the Four Seasons Nile Plaza is one of the best hotels in Cairo.
