Rain forest shower at the SPA is one of best shower room i experience in my life. Breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Very professional 5-start hotel in the center of Cairo. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have all the information and assistance you need! We had a nice view of the Nile. Restaurants at the hotel are very good. Will come back again!

As expected of a Fairmont Hotel, it is still as good as ever. The service is nothing to say. Because of the conversion plug, the socket in the room tripped in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and they solved it quickly.
