Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. Will definitely come back to Kempinski if travelled to Cairo again.

Splendid stay at this hotel. The view of the Nile from the rooftop pool was breathtaking. We were very satisfied with the variety of dishes served at the breakfast buffet. Location is in proximity to the Egyptian Museum and convenient.

It’s the worst hotel I have stayed in, I don’t recommended to anyone. It’s expensive and not worth it I booked a Nile view and this should be the Nile view

If we consider Egyptian standards, this hotel in Cairo is probably one of the best. If we refer to the European standards of 5-star Kempinski hotels, there would be a lot to correct. From the fact that the staff should respects privacy (they just walk into the room, while I were naked going to shower and then leave, without apologizing and laughing loudly), to the fact that there is a glass screen in the shower (same in 3 different rooms) leaking water, floods the bathroom or, say, the security service harassing you at 2 in the morning because of a "suspicious" item in the suitcase, although the same thing was in the suitcase of the previous two arrivals and no one paid attention (it was a steam iron). In general, the staff is forced to be polite and they are very slow. Just a very kind restaurant receptionist and one nice waiter in Osman restaurant. I believe that this is the maximum that Kempinski manages to achieve in terms of its own standards considering the mentality of Egypt.

Really exceptional hotel, with a pleasant and efficient service ( specialy Nasher, boss flour 8) a very good restaurant and s wonderful jazz bar with direct excellent music . Nice swinging pool

The door of the hotel is very small, and you need to go through security to enter. The service attitude is OK, which is a hotel with good service in Egypt. The staff will also take the initiative to help take the luggage to the room. The room can see the Nile River, although the Nile River in Cairo is not the most beautiful. The room is not big, but the overall facilities are OK. Because it is near Liberation Square, you can hear something like hymns in the middle of the night, and you will be awakened at around 4 o'clock. People with sensitive sleep should pay attention. The hotel's sound insulation is also average, and you can hear the sound outside by the window.

I don't know why it is so expensive. The facilities are old. The environment is similar to Sheraton, but the interior facilities and decoration of Sheraton are better.

The location is very good, and it takes only 7 or 8 minutes to walk to the Egyptian National Museum. The breakfast is invincible, everything is delicious, but I haven't tried Egyptian food haha. Then there is the service. As long as you frown a little, they will come over and ask if you need any help. It's amazing, I give it a thumbs up!
