MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family

When we arrived here, we were really excited, not sure why we were as excited as we were but we were. The vibes carried on, and just got better and better, and for the next 10 days our hotel felt like a new home. On arrival we were met by George, who was incredible throughout our stay, and was so informative and welcoming and made you feel like you had know him for years, only for the hotel to bring in other superstar in the form of Aline, who again could not do enough for us as a family. The hotel has a number of swimming pools and is within walking distance of two beaches that I found, they maybe more. The main ***** is within 5 minutes walk, and the Marine about 15 minutes walk, if you feel the need to venture out, but honestly that is not really necessary, as the hotel pretty much has everything you could wish for. The Bar staff are excellent, and the restaurant serves some very nice food with a different theme most nights. There is a pool bar and snacks which serve some of the nicest pizza. As for entertainment where to start, whether its Diego and his amazing quiz's, Paige and her awesome Singing shows, Lorena and her wonderful dance show, which the whole team dance in, or the Incredible, NANDO, with his energy and infectious smile, means that everyone loves him and everyone gets involved, no matter what the activity. Especially the MINI DISCO, Along with Alisha and Nanu, my children loved every minute of there time here thanks to these 6 wonderful people, they are a credit to your team. I cant recommend it enough . Thank you

We had a great Nine days here . Lovely clean hotel food and staff really good . Aline was so friendly and welcoming also Nacho and his team were good . The weather was just right and the position of the hotel very easy to reach the nearby beach . Cala D’Or is beautiful . Thankyou for a lovely birthday and holiday !Michael and Carol xxx

We stayed for a week with our two children 8 and 6. Lovely relaxed family hotel with plenty to keep the kids (and Adults) entertained. Special thanks to the entertainment team who went above and beyond, day and evening, to ensure we had fun. Evening shows including kids disco a particular hit with us. Pools not heated so consider taking wet suits if your little ones feel the cold as ours only managed about 10mins at a time. May not be so much of a problem in summer months but we were there in April. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and hope to return in the future.

This was our 3rd year back and we absolutely love it! There isn’t one thing I’d change! The staff and especially the entertainment crew are one of the best teams ever! The rooms are super clean and modern and the food was delish! Will be back again next year for sure! :)

We have just returned from our 2nd stay at this hotel. We went with my parents so there were 3 generations. Both rooms were comfortable & cleaned regularly. The food was plentiful with lots of variety & all delicious. The entertainment crew were amazing, big shout out to Nacho who made sure our son was included in all the activities ( he has additional needs). I love that our son got certificates for participating & trying his best. Also, the reception team are fab, especially George & massive thanks to Aline too for looking after us. See you all in October! 😊

What a great holiday. Staff everywhere were the best! Didn’t want to leave, food was amazing, again- staff were so good- smiling , helpful and made our holiday. Animation team were so good, special mention to Nacho ! Highly recommend this hotel ❤️

We had a studio room, it was spacious and bright with a view of the garden. The bedroom had good wardrobe space, it would have been nice to have some draws to put your underwear and socks in so I had to leave mine in a bag, but it’s an easy fix. The shower was powerful however be careful not to shower too long as the hot water runs out. The shower was so powerful it wet the bathroom floor so it would be useful if the hotel had some basic cleaning tools, such as a mop, so you don’t have the wait for the cleaner. Also our terrace was under a tree so was quickly soiled, again we had to wait for the cleaner before we could use it so cleaning tools would have helped. The cleaners were very good. When we arrived we had a few problems with the room but the hotel acted immediately to resolve, we were very impressed! They even gave us a bottle of wine to say sorry. The staff were fantastic, you could not fault them in anyway. The location is perfect, close to the beach and a short walk to shops and bars. The food was what you expect from all inclusive, but it was nice we enjoyed it. If you don’t like lots of people go as early as you can. Overall a great holiday and we would attend again.

Had the best holiday! It’s an hour from Palma airport, we chose a private taxi with shuttle direct, which was so easy. Stayed in F303 overlooking the kids pool. Brilliant location as wasn’t noisy as further from theatre and sunny in the late afternoon when the pools close. My mother stayed in T107 and had morning sun but we all preferred the F block. All food and drinks were really good. Lots of variety and the constant buffet and variety at the kids pool was ideal for our fussy kids who love to pick through the day! Adults enjoyed it too rather than going to formal lunch in the restaurant. We got our drinks from the theatre bar and ate from the snack section at kids pool! The staff are all amazing! Thank you!! You made our holiday! Nacho … the kids love you! It’s a relaxing place but also so many activities are on throughout the day and evening, but no pressure to join in. It’s an ideal location with 5 min walk to beach and spa at the end of the road with further shops a few min walk away to buy the essentials such as water guns or floats for the pools! We will return again !

Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. The rooms were nice and clean. Great variety of food. Kids really enjoyed the pools even though the water was a bit cold in March. Highly recommend for families with kids.
