Our family of three stayed here.
The location is not bad, just off the main street, with a wonderful cafe nearby, right across from the apartment.
However, this room isn't designed for two adults and one teenager, much less the three-adult room advertised. The apartment has one king-size bed and a sofa that doesn't fold out in any way; it's only suitable for sitting. My 145 cm tall child barely fits in there, and it's very uncomfortable to sleep on. They offer an extra bed for 750 rupees per night, and it's just a mattress thrown on the floor (photo of the mattress is attached).
The apartment itself isn't small, but it's tired. The windows are sorely lacking curtains; there are only curtains, so you can't open them because you can see right into the neighboring rooms. The windows are very dirty. The pool is nice, but pigeons have completely destroyed all the sun loungers and towels. The staff tries to clean it right away, but it doesn't help; it's not very pleasant to lie next to pigeon droppings.
The apartments are cleaned upon request, so there's no problem with that. The staff is generally very friendly and goes out of their way.
Another big surprise for us was the presence of red cockroaches; we encountered them for the first time in Goa.
