This has been my go to place for whenever I'm in candolim staying out late with my friends and do not have the bandwidth to ride back to dona paula where I stay. Very good, clean and spacious rooms. The only problem is the staff. All they are interested in in kicking you out as soon as it's 10. Being from hospitality myself, I understand it's important to get your departure done on time so that next arrival doesn't have to wait. It was still understandable all this while till it's polite. But this time all limits crossed. A lady comes and knocks on the door at 9:45 asking when am I going to leave. Upon telling her that I'm just gonna freshen up and leave she says " Lekin 10 baje tak jana padega. 10 baje ka checkout hai". I said ok and went back to get ready. At sharp 10:03 she comes back banging at the door shouting "check out time ho gaya." What is wrong with y'all???? Even while I was checking in the staff made me feel like it's a nuisance. The host of the hotel was very well informed that I will be checking in late. Still, when I arrived the reception guy, sleeping inside with the shutter half down got irritated when he realised he has to get up for a check-in. As I mentioned earlier this WASSS my go to place. Not anymore. Neverrrr againnn....

Excellent location, very peaceful yet within walking distance to bars & restaurants & even the beach. The rooms are well maintained & cleaned thoroughly by the very helpful staff. Anthony, the owner, & his family are really helpful & go out of their way to make the best of your holiday. Would highly recommend & already making plans to return next year.
