We had a lovely 10 night stay back in June 2024 ! We booked the premium package and it was worth it! Excellent hotel, the staff are very friendly and all work very hard. The hotel room was nice and clean, had kettle and coffee machine. I kept taking an extra tea bag from breakfast so I had a stock of tea bags in the room. We didn't get our room cleaned daily as why I kept taking the tea bags. We had a small amount of the saharan dust rain late at night and 2 members of staff were out at 11pm cleaning down the table and chairs in the premium bar chill out area and a guy was down at the premium pool area at 8:30am cleaning all the sun loungers. The premium pool area was lovely, always managed to get a sun bed no matter the time of the day and the views over the pool and onto the sea was stunning. The food at the snack bars within the premium area was nice and so were the drinks! The hotel food was ok, it's just your simple aboard food. The dining area can get very busy but we never had to wait long for a table. The area is nice and quiet. The only downside is the two areas where they do entertainment is tight on seating. If they do the entertainment near the main pool you often have to sit on the other side of the pool on sun loungers. We had a hotel room that you could see both of the entertaining spaces from so we sat on the balcony with our drinks instead which again we enjoyed doing this! We have booked again for 2025!

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, good snack bar during the day, beautiful views, lovely rooms would definitely return. The hotel was clean, in a good location with a short walk to the beach, shops and pubs. We stayed in the premier room gaining access to the luxury sun beds to relax on

We spent a short October break at this hotel – 3 days/nights for two adults and found the hotel fine for the price point. First – manage expectations. As many other reviewers have stated, I cannot see how this hotel is a 4-star hotel, it’s a 3-star. However, it also comes at 3-star prices. We only paid £700 for 3 nights, including flights. At that price – its hard to find much to complain about! Hotel General & Location: It’s basic, most of the seating is plastic, and the dining area is more of a canteen. I cannot say that anything about the hotel was particularly luxury, but was functional and one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everywhere was spotless. The physical location of the hotel is stunning! I forgot how beautiful Majorca is and this is in a prime place to take advantage of that. Lots of coastal walks and beaches nearby. The nearby “resort” is a bit tacky, but some of the restaurants looked nice (would have tried one if we had stayed longer). Great / cheap bus service if you want to venture out. The lifts are slow and there’s only two – the hotel was only half full and it was a pain for us – although we were able to use the stairs, so something to consider if you are not as physically able. You have to pay a deposit for beach towels and have to pay 18eur to use the safe in your room – which seemed steep. Pool: Standard rectangle, not that big, surprisingly deep. Water clean. Not the most inspiring place to sit, but the views of the sea/cliffs are stunning. There was also an adults-only pool, but was pretty much deserted (but was October!) Room: Basic, but modern, clean, no complaints. Bed was hard, but weirdly I slept well. We had a sea view and a good sized balcony. Decent TV/channels. Good shower. Entertainment: We went in October, so assume it had ben wound down a bit for the off-season, but there was something going on every night, and activities around the pool (none of which were too intrusive and looked fun). Food: Ok, this is where it certainly felt 3-star, maybe even 2-star. It was acceptable at best. There wasn’t much choice, and although the hotel was only half full, it was busy and there were long queues for the buffet. Dinner time is only 2 hours, so it must be absolute carnage in August! The food overall was bland and can’t say I enjoyed any main meal/lunch. Breakfast decent enough though. The “restaurant” is more of a canteen, and there is only one dining option (never been to a 4-star hotel with such limited choice). That said, I will give them credit for putting on some limited food for those of us who arrived at 10pm. Also – unlike actual 4-star hotels, there is no waiter drinks service – you have to get up and get your own beer, coffee, wine, etc, Drinks: I personally thought the all-inclusive drinks menu was good. Local beer is good in Spain and the local spirits seemed decent. Wine was Ok too. Cocktails during the day came from a machine (but were OK). In the evening they were made for you.

Arrived at the hotel around lunchtime after approximately one hours coach transfer, the receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. She took us through everything we needed to know but as our room wasn’t quite ready she directed us to the dining room where we had a nice lunch. The dining area is split in two, half indoors and the other half outside, very nice in hot weather. Once our room was ready we found it to be very clean, modern and comfortable, the only downside being the lack of any drawers to put clothes away, there were only 2 high shelves but there were about 10 clothes hangers in the wardrobe. The rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels supplied. We had a beautiful sea view which I’d recommend, (it costs a little more) but if you’re at the other side of the hotel you face the road, bars and shops so noise may be a nuisance. The food in the restaurant is varied but mainly of the European variety but there is also an excellent pizza and pasta area, so no one can say they came away hungry. The staff there are very efficient at clearing tables etc and always with a pleasant greeting and a smile. The bar staff are also pleasant and it’s nice, when there are so many people in the hotel, that they remember which drinks you want. There are plenty of nice, comfortable, clean and unbroken sun beds around the main pool along with parasols. There is a VIP area for guests on the premium package but I didn’t feel that we missed out on anything by not choosing that option. There is also a lower area which is for guests who just want to relax and there are an additional 2 pools and a bar so plenty of space to relax and unwind, all with that gorgeous sea view. The entertainment team are excellent and it’s really not hard to get involved in the games they play and the aqua gym is the perfect way to cool down and get the muscles going at the same time! The whole team work very hard and are a bunch of very talented energetic individuals who not only work hard through the day but are great evening performers and entertainers too. Only one downside about the hotel are the lifts, there are only two in the main building and if you’re on the upper floors, unless you don’t mind using the stairs, you can find yourself waiting ages for one to arrive. We were sorry to leave the hotel and I would definitely consider going back in the future. Overall, my opinion is of a friendly, clean, spacious hotel that caters for everyone.

The hotel is great, with a large area to rest, play and explore. Whether you just want to lounge by the pool, walk along the coast to the beach, swim, gym, play sports it's got something for everyone! The entertainment team and staff: AMAZING people! Friendly, warm, and energetic!! You feel welcome and part of a family! 10/10, best people ever! The activities put on can be a nice way to break up the day and even competitive.

Found the hotel to be very clean & tidy. Staff all very helpful and the entertainment team worked so hard to make the holiday enjoyable. Plenty of choice in the dining room and again kept very clean. Would suggest maybe a chest of drawers in each room so there's somewhere to put underwear etc.

We stayed 11 nights during august at this hotel. I was apprehensive before arriving due to some of the negative reviews, but I need not have been because our experience was wonderful. We stayed on the premium section of the hotel and the views are just amazing. We had booked 2 premium rooms but on arrival they had upgraded one of the rooms to a suite which was very spacious We really enjoyed the food, there was something for everyone, I thought a great choice of salads, the pizza and pasta were really nice and the salmon and pulled pork were amazing. My daughter is a fussy eater but she ate really well she was over the moon they had mash potato! The snack bar round the pool was great too and crepes on an afternoon round by the pool were such a fab treat!. Drinks in my opinion were absolutely fine my favourite is Prosecco and they did something similar (cava), there were slushies for the children, usual coke, lemon Fanta etc, a wide range of local spirits and lots of cocktail options. We did take some Stanley cups to put water in so it stayed cold round the pool as it was so hot during the day. The entertainment staff at the hotel work really hard we particularly enjoyed the music quiz before dinner and we did watch a couple of the shows which were fine. We used both the premium pool and main pool during our stay. The main pool was great to take inflatables in and join in in some of the games. The premium pool area is gated and accessed using your room card this is a quieter area and the pools are much smaller however children are allowed in here which I thought was excellent as not all hotels allow this. We used the premium pool the most the views out to sea are just incredible and we never had a issue getting a sunbed There is a separate adults pool at the hotel but we did not use this. Outside of the hotel there is a beach within walking distance approx 10mins and directly opposite there are plenty of gift shops, supermarkets, bars and places to eat if you fancied a change from all inclusive . There are a couple of places to play mini golf and there is also a little mini farm with piglets, goats and a few other small animals , you can buy food to feed them, my children loved doing this. Right outside the hotel there is also a place where you can hire car a car we did this twice it was really straight forward. We visited a beautiful little cove just outside Cala dor and also travelled to Playa de Muro beach in Alcudia. We had a fantastic day here, we hired a pedalo with a slide for an hour and it was so much fun. On all the beaches we went to you can hire sun beds for approx €15 per day there is a little safe on the parasol which you can put valuables in if you all want to go in the sea together which was great. There were only 2 things I would improve. Wine glasses at meal times More ‘cold’ water points or repositioning of the water dispensers some were directly in the sun so water was warm Overall we had a wonderful 11 days

Absolutely loved this hotel and shocked to read some of the reviews. The staff are wonderful - reception, restaurant and entertainment. Always plenty of choice in the restaurant with allergens listed well, we didn’t have a bad meal and food was always hot. Pool area is fabulous and the entertainment staff are great, even if you don’t want to join in, it’s fun to watch. Plenty of sunbeds all day too. The shopping complex across the road is nice to walk around and buy some souvenirs. The entertainment of an evening was ok, standard for a Spanish hotel. Seats could be comfier and lighting down to stage area is needed. My only suggestion would be both bars open of an evening as it’s a walk down to the stage bar, with not everyone wanting to go. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel!

Where do I start… The staff were really lovely very accommodating and helpful which was nice to see especially Marta and Kevin. Our room was on the 6th floor facing the main ”strip” where all the tourists were getting drunk and being noisy which we could hear very clearly in our room with the window closed. We asked to swap rooms if they had a free one but were told they were all booked up and would let us know but never did. The food was absolutely disgusting nothing we had was hot and the quality felt like the cheapest you can get. There wasn’t a lot to chose from and all of it seemed very basic. The rooms didn’t look anything like the photos online and seemed very basic too. Wouldn’t call this a 4 star hotel. Only 1 beer on tap and no nice wine to choose from. Tea and coffee only served in plastic cups apart from the mornings but even then they were tiny and could only fit 2 sips in there. Definitely won’t be coming back and if you are planning coming down for a family holiday would not recommend.

We had a lovely week at this hotel celebrating my husband’s birthday with family. The staff were so accommodating and helped make the holiday even more special. Paloma helped organise a cake and surprised us with a bottle of cava delivered to our room, which was a lovely touch. We stayed in the premium rooms which was worth paying the extra for as you have access to a private sunbathing area with two pools (not heated) and an evening chill out rooftop bar. Couldn’t fault the staff who worked tirelessly to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From the cleaners to the restaurant waiters, bar staff and front of house staff. Everyone deserves a shout out. Great location for travelling to other places too as a bus stop wasn’t too far away from the hotel. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very basic but clean. Room service daily. Well situated but not a lot to do in the area. Rooms: like a nice premier inn. Bars of soap and shampoo only. Would have expected more for a four star hotel. Drinks: all inclusive selection including on the tap cocktails. Plastic tumblers for all drinks including wine! Glass tumbler for dinner, which they transfer to a paper cup when you’re leaving the dining area. Coffee etc also in small paper cups. Food: buffet style - OK but service nice. Pool areas: adult only section nice. All areas well maintained. Lounge areas: hard chairs and simple tables. Felt like a college refractory but next to a pool. Entertainment stage: chairs and tables as above. Fun entertainment if you like that sort of thing. Beach is around 10-15 walk away. TIPS Take a wine glass and a mug! Plus body lotion and conditioner. Overall. Would expect more for a four star hotel but generally ok.

Well I lve been to this hotel 7 times and have always loved it . I’ve been twice this year. From when we first went until now it has changed so much. The staff are amazing ,particularly the reception staff , bar staff , Denise and Juan in the restaurant . It has became quite dated and really lacks attention to detail. In the premium area , the bar and food sections not open until 10.45 /11.00 when they clearly say 10.00am , the beds were dirty and broken. The chill out bar was closed on two nights , one for the white party , we don’t pay for the white party we have a 16 month old baby , the chill out bar is really important to us . The top cover removed from our bed , reception sorted it straight away , but the cleaner practically threw it into our room while we were there , never offered to sort. No baby changing facilities by the kids pool or in the premier area , the only place was in reception which sounds simple enough but when the lifts are so sporadic it makes it quite difficult. We watched the cats do their litter in the children’s play area , Now I know you can’t stop this , but at least you can surely get it checked throughout the day. This is a huge health and safety issue, potentially causing children some health issues. The hotel feels there is a massive gap between the good staff and those in charge, who seem to relying on the good guys being the reason to return . It needs some investment . On this basis we won’t be returning which is a real shame it’s been our happy place for many years , but it’s time to move on.
