Went here looking for a peaceful night rest and experienced the toal opposite! We were checked in and in bed and at 9:30 at night two men walked in our room, the staff member who checked us in also checked these men into the very same room as us. This was dangerous and scary! Also we stayed here the week prior the hot tub was broken the jets didnt work was hoping they would have it fixed...nope still didnt work the following week but if you asked them it wasnt broken...bad business!

We asked for city view and our room was on the 20th floor. Gorgeous view! The room was clean, everything we needed was provided at a reasonable price. The pool on the 4th floor with a view of the iconic yellow bridge was fantastic. Every staff member we spoke with was friendly and helpful, with great pointers for restaurants. The next time we go to Pittsburgh we will be staying here again.

Booked this hotel to come visit my boyfriend working in town. Was hard to figure out where to go in but other than that everything was great! Location is right by everything! If he comes back for work I’ll definitely be staying again!

We had a group with our camp friends. It was a great time. Ours rooms were very nice and clean. The Manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. I definitely will be going back there. I recommend this place 100 per cent.the pool was nice , warm the pool area was very clean.
