Neptuno Apartments

Close to shops, restaurants, the bus and train station and to the beach. Its a lovely place and I recommend it.

I've booked neptuno apartments but unfortunately had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. However I cancelled within the free cancellation period which meant I am entitled for a full refund. I've contacted the apartment directly by phone and only to be told we will look into it but nothing is being done. I've emailed and messaged them but no response back. Very bad customer service, I they were very quick to take the payment but when a situation acres these no response what so ever. Best to avoid this apartment, I've literally have been scammed.

Apartments are great, everything you need and clean. No balcony just a little step outside the sliding doors. We didn't know we would have to pay 100 euros deposit then the hotel decides if its clean enough when you leave before they return it. We asked for clean towels and were told no, they change them every 3 days. You get to use the hotel pool, roof top pool is amazing. Most of the staff were pleasant. Overall a good stay

We stayed here for 10 days when we were in Calella to compete in Ironman. This was a perfect location. We had enough room for our bikes and gear, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and the balcony was amazing - huge, great views and private! (we were on the top floor and had the space all to ourselves). The hotel was so kind to athletes, posting a notice in the elevators the night before the race to keep noise levels down so athletes can get a good night's rest. It was so appreciated that the hotel recognized the importance of the event we were there for. The rooftop pool area was an awesome place to unwind and the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay there!

One star is being generous for Neptuno Apartments. Dark, dreary, dated, and depressing. See actual photos of our room vs the website pictures. It’s going to be a long six nights but hopefully we don’t have to spend too much time in room. Unfortunate ending to our Spain vacation. Accommodations in Valencia and Barcelona were fantastic.

Nice hotel perfect situated and super beach bar Very helpful senior management, however day to day service poor due to lack of experience, engagement or instructions? Recomend to book at the renovated hotel part, not the old apartment part. Not really suitable for kids due to small pools. Now we got to know the hotel ee will try it once more

Modern building in old town very central location. Very clean, comfortable, fully equipped. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous staff. Especially Barbara on front desk and dining room and housekeeping staff.

I liked this place more positives than negatives... The negative big time is tea and coffee...yes there are facilities to make one or two but coffee and sugar sachets was like gold dust and taken away after dinner...my biggest groan...the room was very cute...the bed was good and the light sensor in the toilet was a bit off putting as was the misted glass in the toilet...I love my wife but there are private times in the toilet....helpful staff and a nice vibe

What a place! This a lovely, stylish boutique hotel. We absolutely loved it here, stayed as a group of friends. The rooms were clean & modern with a good, powerful shower. The breakfast was great, lots of choice, bar staff friendly & drink prices so reasonable. We also had a nice lunch at the hotel, portions were huge & service excellent. Pool areas are quite small but there was never a problem getting a lounger or chair. On the Saturday evening there was a saxophone player and he was fabulous, very talented & so friendly. Honestly, I can’t fault a thing about this place, we are definitely booking again to come next year, adored Calella & wonderful hotel
