I checked in and the room was dirty, airconditioning broken and instead of 1 double bed and 1 single, we got 3 single beds. I went downstairs to complain and they offered to get the room cleaned. I refused to take a dirty room and demanded another room which was given. Breakfast is really bad! No fruit only sweets

Terrible! Avoid! They had some party downstairs and it was impossible to sleep at all for the entire night. Amenities are also terrible from 70s. Not worth the price at all. I wouldn’t give it even 1 star.

Was not as expected, pool entry per person 5 €, lounger per person 4 € and swimming cap 6€ extra paid, food in the restaurant was really expensive, two small fries 14 pieces 1 bottle of water and a small glass of cola 18€

The structure is dated and needs to be renovated, friendly staff, the room does not comply with the one booked on Trip.com as on the app you book for a superior room then ask at the reception and they very kindly tell you that the rooms are all similar but there are no there is a distinction between standard and superior rooms, the bathroom is very narrow between the toilet and bidet there is no conformity, breakfast is average but not great choices.

Room absolutely not like the photos but much worse, nauseating smell in the room and corridors, Bathroom full of black mold. Report and make a complaint to request a refund since I ran away 10 minutes after checking in and was refused without reason after 2 days. Avoid this place completely

Certainly suitable as a cheap hotel for sightseeing in Florence, but it is showing its age. The room was very clean, the rest of the hotel was so-so. We had breakfast to have something in our stomachs. The mention of a pool is only partially true. You get a voucher and only pay 5 euros for entry. Next time I'll happily spend more on a different hotel.
