Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

On checking into the Ereza Mar on 22/11/2025 we received a key card for our room. The card was tatty, with the plastic coating peeling of the card, I wondered if this was a sign of what was to come and I was right, it was. The hotel does look good on the exterior and we had room 224 with a sea view which was spectacular. The showerhead in our room was rusty, dirty and had never been descaled, the water pipe to the toilet was rusty and the toilet seat lid had a huge crack in it. See photos attached. The laminate flooring was coming apart, sticking up in places and moved when you walked in it. And the bed, the most uncomfortable bed I have every slept in sagged when you sat or lay on it, and creaked loudly when you moved in it. Nowhere to hang a dress and a lack of drawer space and hangers. There was a hanging area at the front door but who wants their clothes on view. The blackout curtains in the room only covered the patio door but not the wall area at either side which resulted in the sun streaming in from early morning. The bathroom was too small to dry your hair in. I hate standing to dry my hair and had to slant the wardrobe door with the only other mirror in the room to allow me to sit near a socket to fix my hair and do my makeup. No mirror above the dressing table. Fridge is filled with beer, wine, juice, crisps & sweets. There’s a price list. On asking at reception, these were chargeable with a 20% all inclusive discount. Drinks served in small tumblers and only allowed 2 per person at any one time. Food had limited choice and was not to our taste The orange from the juice machine tasted like diluting. You had to ask for fresh orange which was hidden away in the fridge. Cereal was coco pops and sugar puffs, bearing in mind this is an adults only hotel I found the choice of cereal they provided strange. Lack of available plates meant hunting one down at another food station. Staff not friendly in the whole apart from the odd one or two who spoke. We checked out early and moved to another hotel.

Definitely not worth the money, not 4 star. The rooms are small and the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Get woke up first thing in the morning by the cleaners with their trolleys clunking up and down the hallway. You can hear people passing on the street outside because the windows/doors dont shut properly. It's more for older people. The food is disgusting. Wind blows right through the door and makes door bang when windy. Bathroom doesn't get cleaned everyday, no fresh bedding. Netflix on the TV doesnt work, says no internet but its connected at the back of the tv. Cold in winter, no extra blanket or thicker duevt. Shower is very temperamental. Cheap beds move and make noises every time you move.

We stayed here for a week in December, on a b & b basis and absolutely loved it. The hotel is very clean, a big shout out to the maids who work tirelessly to make this happen. We like to go out every day and explore the local beaches and surrounding area, so can’t comment on the pools as we didn’t use them. We did, however, come back early one day to make use of the jacuzzi and sauna on the roof top, and even managed to get a Balinese bed, this was lovely, but we did notice people were leaving towels on the beds then returning an hour or so later (presumably the all inclusive fly and flop brigade going to get their lunch then coming back later), a little inconsiderate! Breakfast was fine, plenty of choice, so you could be sure to find something you liked, even if everything wasn’t to your taste. We ate out on an evening, as that is our preference and why we choose to go b & b, but we did eat at the adjoining Mar Dorado restaurant twice, and found the food to be lovely. You do need to tell them that you are staying at the hotel to receive 10% off your food bill. We found the staff to be friendly and courteous, particularly the gentleman on reception who checked us in and out, and the gentleman who served us in Mar Dorado, (you were talking to us about football!), sorry we didn’t catch your names! All in all, we loved it here, and definitely wouldn’t hesitate to come back, in fact, we were sad to leave!

So, Where do I start. Fuerteventura was the only Canary island I have not been to. I chose it because of good flight times from Leeds Bradford airport. I flew out on 23/12/25. Returned 5/1/26. I will never ever return. The hotel Ezera where I stayed is run like a military camp! I turned up on Xmas eve morning for my first breakfast in a very expensive sports vest. I was not allowed into the restaurant because I had a vest on. I returned to my room and put a polo shirt on. If the waiter had he been polite I would have apologised. He was not !! Then at dinner I ventured into the bar for a pre drink. The barman asked me for my room number. I told him 310. I assumed he would put the drink on my room. He wagged his finger at me to return to the bar. I went and in no uncertain terms told him not to wag his finger at me. He told me I was not all inclusive that I had to pay. I explained that he never asked if I was all inclusive. After that I was treat like a second class citizen whenever I ordered a drink. In the end I stopped having drinks and stuck to my half board. Food was again below the standards of the other islands. Whatever you do. Do not move a sun-bed. The entertainments jobs worth bloke will tell you off. You have to ask him first!! Talking about sun beds. You have to be up by 530 am to reserve a bed. Throw a towel on it. A book. Anything. The reservers often don’t even lay on them. Perhaps the over zealous entertainments officer should clamp down on it. I got back to the hotel one night after midnight. I was locked out! There was no one on reception so I gave the door a good rattle. Eventually a receptionist came and let me in. The entertainment is very poor. I went around the corner to Legends bar. More professional. Far better entertainment. All in all, I was very disappointed with my stay. Not only at the hotel, but the island as a whole. Staff in most places I visited were way below the standards of the other Canary Islands. They treat you as though you owe them a favour. In closing. Never again will I visit Fuerteventura. Certainly not this hotel. Very poor experience. In closing, a cough and cold sickness bug swept through the hotel. I hasten to add I got it.

We were staying in this hotel and had booked it's A La Carte restaurant for our anniversary. Met by Andrea, we said "Ola" she replied " You have to have a reservation to eat here". We explained we had, shown to our table & ordered drinks. I chose 4 cheese pasta & when it came it was Marinara containing Mussels, prawns, crab etc. totally wrong. My husband's meal was fine, my choice arrived a few minutes later, I had 3 fork fulls, it was tasteless & oily so I left it. Andrea came over and asked " What is wrong with that, it's what you ordered " I replied " It is just flat, tasteless & awful" We asked for the bill, no 10% All inclusive hotel discount given. Andrea also worked in the hotel bars and restaurant, her attitude to all was very sharp.

I’ve read the negative reviews and can honestly say hand on heart I really don’t get that these individuals were at the same place. It was my first time visiting the Island and I’ve definitely found a place I’d gladly visit again. The hotel was lovely and we were even upgraded to a junior suite. The shower was amazing and the room was spotlessly cleaned. It felt amazing to walk out onto the balcony and see the view. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and lovely. All in all it was a great holiday and I would go again in a heartbeat. If you want a chilled vibe then this is definitely the place to be. If your want all action full on entertainment 24/7 then take a walk around the corner it’s on the doorstep.

Hotel is lovely, rooms are fine, beds great but unsure how this is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast selection is poor, ran out of butter by 9.30am, cooked food is luke-warm. Coco pops and sugar puff cereal for an adult only hotel. Evening meals were awful - went half board as it was only an extra 20 odd quid and the food was terrible. Mish mash of random food that’s not hot. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Ate out every night. Nice hotel but not what was expected.

Just back from our third visit to the Ereza Mar. Lovely clean hotel, excellent location, nice food and very friendly staff. If you are not happy with the evening entertainment there are plenty of other places to go within walking distance. Personally, my wife and I enjoy taking a stroll out and then returning to the hotel. Can't wait to return in April 2026

As a fellow guest, I’d like to share a different perspective. During our stay, we interacted with animation guy multiple times and consistently found him to be warm, patient, and genuinely helpful. he's great on his job, the hotel actually is full of grannies 65+ imagine guys how hard..... Of course, everyone’s experience can differ, but the comments (chris H, and his wife) i read lately are more vindictive and racial, don’t reflect what we personally witnessed. Based on our stay, this individual was professional, kind, and clearly cared about providing a positive experience. We would not hesitate to return or recommend this place based on how we were treated
