Room wasn’t ready when we tried to check in at 7pm. Gob of hair in the shower, shower head wouldn’t stay upright, Shampoo and Conditioner were both empty. Gob of hair in the teeny tiny little hot tub, thick layer of disgusting foam on top when jets on. Fridge made high pitched noise, they replaced it but the inside of replacement fridge was dirty. Phone didn’t work, they had to replace battery. All of this was communicated to the hotel. Was told hotel manager would call me to discuss when we checked out at 10am. It’s 4 hours later and no call yet.

The waterslide in the main hotel was great and the pool and hot tub in the atrium were very nice for a relaxed swim. We got the breakfast vouchers, which I highly recommend, to use at the restaurant on site. Staff were very friendly. We plan to come back to the same hotel on our next trip!

My experience was stellar. I would highly recommend this property. The staff was excellent! Convenient to shopping and transportation. The rooms were updated clean and quiet. Convenient restaurant open for breakfast and dinner.
