I come to this hotel every year upon arriving in Calgary and before leaving and will continue to do so as long as the existing conditions remain the same.  You arrive to be checked in efficiently and in a friendly manner. Your room is big and both the bedroom and bathroom are immaculately clean, as well as tastefully decorated. The beds are big and super comfy. There is a coffee/drink machine, fridge and microwave and good wifi. The hotel has a pool and gym should you want to use either. Breakfast is also included. Breakfast could be slightly better, but you should be able to find something suitable for you. AND You get all of this for a bargain price!  It’s very hard to beat!

Friendly service, clean spacious room. Also a quiet location. My only complaint would be the lack of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast included was one of the best we’ve had when included in the rate. Lots of variety, and the dishes that were supposed to be hot actually were.

Really nice it’s comfortable

The service I received was nothing short of appalling. Due to a system glitch, my booking was made for the incorrect date, and I was unable to cancel or amend it. Despite promptly rebooking through the same platform and at the same hotel, my request for a refund was outright denied. While I understand policies are in place, this level of rigidity felt deeply unfair and, frankly, inhuman. The customer service team was completely unhelpful, offering no meaningful assistance or solutions. Adding insult to injury, the hotel itself had initially indicated they would honor the refund request, only to later backtrack or be overridden by the platform. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through this platform. If you must book, I recommend going directly through the hotel’s website, where you may find more flexibility and reliable support. Save yourself the frustration and choose a service provider that values its customers and understands the importance of fairness and empathy.

Honestly, things were okay until they charged us extra for what I think was unnecessary. Some staff were kind, others not so much. They really were trying to squeeze a buck out of anything they could & it showed.

The hotel is a standard one for the price with good facilities and excellent customer service. I will always use the hotel.

Excellent service from even before checking in, rang for the shuttle from the airport arrived within 15mins, excellent driver loads of information and pleasant small talk. Lovely room Very welcome after a long day travelling and what a good night sleep. Breakfast was very good in a pleasant area. All the staff were very helpful and made the start of our holiday. Thank you very much only sorry it was just 1night.

The location is good. The room is clean and nice. But there is not enough space for Breakfast.

The room is clean and staff was very kind and helpful. Shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes, and it was convenient. Breakfast was simple, but it was not bad. I recommend this hotel.

all of the staff was, SO NICE. We got an early check-in, to our pleasant surprise. The free airport shuttle was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable and clean, as were the rooms in general. I docked a point due to no walkable access to more than one restaurant, so we utilized A Lot of Lyft rides. Other than that. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank You!! 😊

Great location, clean with full amenities. Spacious with great shower.

Everything was great - clean rooms, comfy bed, great breakfast, convenient shuttle to airport, very friendly and helpful staff - EXCEPT, in a hotel with “no smoking “ signs all over, we opened our room and were greeted by a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. We arrived after midnight and had to leave early, so I did not request a different room, and boy do I regret that decision. I had the worst night of sleep ever- the smoke smell was so strong. So if you plan to stay here, be sure you don’t get room 217, and ask if the room you are assigned was ever a smoking room. That’s all I can figure is what happened here. I would be very leery of staying here again based on what happened, and in spite of all the nice amenities the hotel offers.
