Very comfortable suits! The breakfast was outstanding and delicious. It’s near to different main venues. The view from the rooms allows very good pics.

Disgusting Experience. Unclean and nothing happens with comments. Una experiencia espantosa con las toallas (sucias y viejas), en la ducha había pelos de mujer, las paredes sucias con zancudos y manchas. Escapes de agua en aire acondicionado y lavamanos. Terrible!

Our stay was booked by our travel agent and we would not stay again because of the bad area. Very bad at night with many homeless around and they recommended always to call a taxi for safety . The positive , nice basic buffet in the morning . We had dinner 2 times and one night at 8pm they cooked just for us. The room was good and clean and ac worked fine.

The service at the reception is terrible. The reception and amenities at floor level reminds me of a 1 star motel. The food was good. The room was clean and so the washroom. The elevators may not work. The keys of the room works sporadically

gave the wrong room key twice - waked in to find people in the room - AND was told hot water was working - LIARS - it was horrible and NOT for people with walking problems. too many steps HORRIBLE RUN

We booked via the app Hopper and had a lot of problems with the app which were not the hotel’s fault. The staff were very kind and worked through the issues and solved everything. We were very satisfied with the stay but will never book anything again with the app ‘Hopper’. Back to using booking. com for me.

The hotel it´s by very far the worse I ever staid in Cali, and one of the worse I have been anywhere. No hot water, no internet, the hotel instalations ar incredible dirty, that you can see that are been ther for a long tima and nobody cleans it. For the same price and even a little less you can have something way better in Cali. When I arrived the people in the front desc were on a conversation betwen them and I had to wait until, they finished to be recieved, for later no to find (supossly) my reservation. I had to call **********, were I booked and after they called them my reservation show up. This was my first and last time there, and I recomend to saty away from it, if you want a deacent stay.

Desaseo en todas las instalaciones, dejación de los empleados y la dirección del establecimiento que se lava las manos diciendo que desconocen los problemas y no ponen ni soluciones ni les preocupa el cliente,un desacierto el haber elegido este hotel con la gran oferta hotelera de cali

Habitación amplia, con todos los implementos de aseo, aire acondicionado y cama muy cómoda. Desayuno buffet delicioso, muy completo y personal amable. La ubicación del hotel es estratégica para desplazarse hacia cualquier punto de la ciudad. Parqueadero amplio.

Las habitaciones están remodeladas y son agradables. Sin embargo, el aire acondicionado no le sirve el control, no hay canales en televisión (creo que no se había pagado el servicio), las luces son muy tenues, no hay secador de pelo o plancha, no hay espejo cuerpo completo. Las instalaciones del hotel son MUY antiguas. El gimnasio está muy descuidado.

Las habitaciones son muy buenas, cómodas, espaciosas y de calidad. El buffet del desayuno es A-SOM-BRO-SO!!!!! Todo muy fresco, todo recién hecho y preparado y todo de calidad y delicioso. El restaurante tiene una terraza que cuando el día está nublado es muy rico comer afuera mientras se disfruta la vista de los cerros y la ciudad. También tiene un espacio cerrado con aire acondicionado. Recomendadísimo.

Fue un hotel excelente! La comida deliciosa y la atención impecable Tiene una buena ubicación y la zona no impresiona inseguridad. La atención es 24 horas y me parece que tiene un precio bastante accesible. Lo recomiendo para hospedaje mientras se va a conocer la ciudad

Excelente hotel , atención insuperable , me encantó la limpieza y amabilidad de todos , le sentí como en casa , espero regresar pronto Primera vez que voy a Cali y no pude haber escogido mejor hotel q este Mi familia disfruto cada día de estancia , comida super rica

Excelente opción para hospedarse, sea para viaje de negocios o en familia, las habitaciones muy cómodas y el personal del hotel siempre dispuesto, como también los de limpieza, siempre aseado y sobre todo buena ubicación, desayuno, conexión an internet.
