卡利的氣候真的很宜人。酒店送的免費飲品，很贊。酒店裝修有點陳舊，但房間空間大，糟糕的是入住第二天白天樓上在裝修，很吵，影響休息和工作，答應中午12點前通知換房間，結果到下午一點也沒通知。直接跑到前台找大堂經理過來解決，後來給換了一個房間，南美人的響應速度確實可以。

房間衞生各方面也很不錯
就是攜程介紹的SPA 桑拿之類的其實是沒有的，或者是需要付費的，這個點挺不好，酒店前台和酒店牆上也寫了有這些服務，但當你真的要去用的時候，就沒有
游泳池還不錯

All the Staff was marvelous! The bell staff is the best!!!
The Bartender Virginia is top notch!!
Clemente Hurtado in the security is 6’6” of sense of peace of mind!!!

Really Nice hotel, with nice pool on 4 floor, room and bathroom lovely, staff really helpful, breakfast provides usual Colombian offering, generally good, but gets very busy for breakfast.
