Personal was not friendly. Only give two towels. We were 3 person in the room. I always asking for extra towel.
As a question they don’t know anything. I try to cancel first day. I didn’t like how ungrateful personal. I couldn’t cancel it .

The bathroom had mold. Bathtub drain wouldn't open to drain, called the front desk several times and they said they would send someone to fix it but they never came to look at it. Facilities were closed. The only window in the room opened up to the hallway so we had to keep the blinds shut for privacy. We moved out after 2 nights.

Rooms and halls badly kept. It looks as if they only expend in lobby maintanace. Too much noise in the room coming from hall. No noise isolation. Most expensive Coca-cola of Colombia. Euro price.

Nice place to stay. Room is quite good, room is close to everything you need, enough parking space, decent breakfast. I also received a welcome gift.
Cons: Gym is not gym. There are just a couple of cardio machines and that’s it. The schedule is ridiculous starting at 10 AM!! It is useless.
