We stayed for a week in hotel Pance Cali, what a fantastic experience. We had a huge hotel room with a separate livingroom, nice balcony and a very large bathroom with a 2 persons Jacuzzi. The hotel has a very nice rooftop pool, excellent breakfast and a very high motivated staff. Looking for an high end stay in Cali, this is the place to be!

I recommend this hotel. My stay was pleasant overall, the hotel is clean, new, with taste and nice people, however, you can hear everything is happening in the rooms next to your room and if they have events forget about quiet and private. Also, the AC makes noise and I was told they would fix it or change me to a different room and they didn't do either one. The mattress is hard and the pillows are not the most comfortable ones. BUt the location so great, in a residential area, near Carulla, and surrounded by green. The hotel it is beautiful but please change the mattresses, pillows and please do something about the noise from other rooms.

Everything about Hotel Pance 122 is what every hotel in Colombia should strive after. The staff are ALL lovely, friendly people. Everyone says hello, everyone is helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The roof top WOW!!!! They have a pool table, a fuseball table, many seating areas, and a video game with a million games you can play. The pool even during Covid was perfect. The bar drinks, KEVIN!!! Mixologist wonderful. The food was great, the complimentary breakfast in the morning was exactly what you needed before a long day. Our family lives in a home adjacent to this hotel and we still stay here because of how wonderful the experience is every single time. Never a problem, always a pleasure. We would Rappi food to the hotel every night, you can walk to the grocery store, or the Boqueria restaurant just up the street. We just LOVE LOVE LOVE Hotel Pance 122 and will stay here for many years to come. Thank you for being so wonderful to our family over the many visits through the years.

The hotel is very nice and pleasant, super well located. The staff is very helpful, friendly and above all very willing to help and solve any question/inconvenience. The culinary offer is varied and the cocktails very original. I recommend this hotel 100%

Lamentable experiencia, la jefe de operaciones absolutamente inoperante, nos negó hablar con el gerente, no escuchó, hablaba por celular mientras le exponíamos nuestra necesidad, su prepotencia y descortesía asombró incluso al resto del personal, que muy apenados pidieron disculpa en su nombre. Excelentes instalaciones, pésimo servicio!

Tranquilo, la atención excelente. Lo único que para la habitación deluxe no se puede duplicar pantalla por incompatibilidad con iOS pero de resto espectacular y muy recomendable para ir en familia o en pareja. Tiene juegos, spa, y piscina muy bien decorado y estéticamente precioso

Tranquilo pero algo aislado. La wifi llega mal a mi habitacion. Me cobraron un desayuno sin informarme. El resto bien. La piscina se agradece y esta rodeado de arboles. El personal es agradable pero en el restaurante a veces no te preguntan si quieres incluir la propina
