Fourth visit to Cali Colombia Marriott in past year, been coming to the wonderful property since they opened about 10 years ago. The Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager (see photo) are always very engaged with the guests to make sure everyone receives the highest quality meals with great personal and friendly service. Cali Marriott is a great venue for business lunches or corporate meetings, we've held many family events here. The property is clean, safe and secure, with staff always around to assist with any need. Front desk team is one of the best, quick and friendly check-in, and responsive to any requests during your stay. Housekeeping always does a wonderful job and services the room based on our schedule, and always says hello with a smile when they see us in the hallways. The Executive Lounge is one of our favorites, drinks, wide selection of food including soups, meat/seafood/chicken and dessert, and always fresh sushi. Very convenient hotel location, and the hotel's professional drivers are available at the entrance to transport you in their modern air conditioned comfortable vehicles, we use them frequently. NH Cali Royal is a high quality hotel although the price is very accessible and much lower that one would expect. The bedroom was very large and comfortable. I slept perfectly every night 5 star hotel room at 3 star prices. The restaurant staff are amazing and helpful at all times. This applies to the front desk staff as well. The only negative thing was that the safe in my room was unuseable. I reported this but no one fix it during my stay. There was also a large crack in one of the windows.

This is my second time in the Hotel Spirito by Spiwak. I had to come back again because of the perfection that this hotel has. And this time, I am already staying like two months. And I brought all my workers to rest in this hotel. It is amazing place for vacation, and at the same time, perfect place for business. It has good Wifi, atmosphere is fresh, interior design is very nice, room is very clean, fitness center is well prepared, swimming pool is well made with the food delivery service, breakfast has variety of foods with freshness, and the staffs are attentive and passionate. Especially the manager Mr. Gustavo is always willing to help in anything I need with full of his passion. He is not just passionate but professional in serving the visitor. Because of his kindness and profession and passion, I will definitely come back here. I would recommend this hotel to all of my people.

Room was ok had shampoo and cond. was hot because you couldn’t leave without taking key from power to room The breakfast buffet was great. The nite food service very slow 1.5 hour wait. Pool was great but freezing. After 9 pm no one was wearing masks in lobby I was scared! The pizza was great in the other restaurant ****** was fun but machine took money and I didn’t get credits. No refund The chocolate cake was great . The cleaning service was great plenty of towels . It was very hard to get to entrance and parking from a car I didn’t think it was worth the money

This is a delightful hotel in the middle of everything in Cali. I had spent several days at a higher priced hotel nearby and then moved to Obelisco and found I enjoyed the Ovelisco much more. It is very economical with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I didn’t go to the pool at all but the breakfast was a nice touch. This is a high quality hotel at a price you can afford. My only gripe is the need to sign up ahead of time for the pool and sauna. This is just silly and inconvenient for guests.

I am writing this review from my room 510 right now. I checked in yesterday and planned to stay one night but so very pleased with the staff and the room that I decided to extend my stay for a few more days. The only negative is that the hotel needs some loving care, all the important things that need to work in a hotel are operational but just needs attention to small things here and there, like repairing the 2 ceiling fans above the exercise eqipment. Yep that's the bad but this is completely overshadowed by the great staff, the rooms are very very clean dare to say spotless, hats off to the lady that cleaned my room 510 this afternoon, I left in a hurry and she got everything looking organized and again spotless. I spent 3 hours in the pool today and in the exercise room, although the equipment is dated and a few tiles are missing around the pool area everything is operational and the pool itself is well cared for, very clean water, great day to relax and enjoy. I liked the free parking in a completely secure area next to the hotel. The breakfast, which is included, is basic but fresh and tasty and good coffee. The only reason why I can't give 5 stars is that the hotel is dated. I give the staff with it's great friendly customer service 10 stars if I could. The wifi can be a little spotty at times but hey I am submitting this review from the hotels wifi so it works. I paid 82.000 pesos for my room, I am solo, this in my opinion is a great value. The staff are really cool and friendly. I travel all through Colombia and I stay in more hotels than I can remember but must admit what a nice group of people to interact with here. The rooms are huge! Yes I recommend and I will absolutely stay again on my next visit to Cali.
