Pierre&Vacances Mallorca Portofino

For 1-2 days its okay. But for longer stay in Mallorca better search something else. Rooms are very old and loud.

We have just returned from a four night stay at the Portofino staying in a two bed apartment (2 adults & 4 teenagers). The accommodation was exactly as described, it was spacious and we had a lovely view from our 7th floor balcony. We had a problem with the sofa bed on the first night but after reporting it to reception the next morning it was quickly fixed. At this time of year it wasn’t very busy so we never had a problem getting a sunbed and the pools were quiet. The water was cold as to be expected but fine once we were in! All staff were friendly in our experience, and the location of the aparthotel is great - just across the road from the beach, lots of restaurants & shops nearby, and 10-15 mins walk to the livelier side of the town. We would definitely return.

2nd time we’ve visited, we love the location and view. The apartments are clean and very spacious. Synthia on reception is amazing, she’s so happy and friendly, willing to help all the time. We will hopefully be back again next year, 🙏 🙌🌞. …. .

Fantastic service by the most helpful receptionist i’ve ever came across Synthia, she’s always happy to assist you day in day out and always has a smile on her face. We will 100% be back next year, great facilities including an onsite shop, 2 pools and a cocktail bar.

This is a great apartment hotel, great value for money. It is 3 star, but little is missing for comfort. The apartments are large, great balcony, next to the beach, sea view, next to many restaurants and bars etc. The staff are fantastic, the manager , and Fabiana are always pleasant and happy to help. I can't say that I missed anything here, it has been a great stay, very much recommended.

Absolutely excellent apartments I have stayed here about 5 times and continue to book. My sister and family also book these apartments. Excellent customer service at reception, always very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are always clean and maids providing towels and toilet accessories. Beds are comfortable and pillows. Rooms spacious and facilities for self catering is excellent. I qlways have a very nice stay here. Very central, Views of sea and beach is fantastic and is straight across the road. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants near by. Shops and bus stops are also nearby. Pool is clean. I would definitely give these apartments five star plus. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome, providing a great service and will see you soon in May 2024..

So I’ll try and balance this review as fair as possible. Check in was delayed due to a technical issue however it was eventually resolved. Rooms are spacious and clean (2 adults, 2 teenagers) we were in the 2nd block which you had to go in a lift to reach wasn’t a huge problem for us but if you had mobility issues wouldn’t be great. Maids bought us clean towels very regularly and sheets for beds which were all clean - maids very polite and friendly. Ladies on reception very friendly also. Do not leave your stuff in the safe room unless it’s all locked up!!!!! It’s not monitored Full of teenage boys who were rude and had no respect at all - they were running wild all day and night, throwing chairs off balconies and just a nuisance. There were a few group of young girls who were very polite and friendly. The pool was stinking by the end of the week and not cleaned daily as you would usually see. The woman serving in the bar/shop was the rudest person I’ve ever come across on holiday - was rolling here eyes when we bought drinks as we asked for ice with them (it was 35 degrees some days) , tutting at us and just awful. Don’t rely on a lifeguard he spent the whole days sitting in a room with the door closed or sat in the shop!!!! Security guard greeted us one night as we came out the lift holding a baseball bat and said we were ok as we were English this (the baseball bat) was for the Irish - whilst the teenagers were a nuisance attacking them with a baseball bat is not the way we are used to seeing things dealt with. This same security guy made a comment on one of the party having nice boobs!!!!!!! I wonder if he would have said this had we had men with us!!!! I definitely wouldn’t stay here again due to the lack of sleep and noise constantly which is a shame as the potential is there and the location is perfect with some lovely restaurants and bars surrounding it
