Nice hotel

We only stayed one night but we really liked the room, the treatment was very good and it has a quite large and beautiful spa. We took a room with a large bed and it was super comfortable and the room had everything. We will surely repeat again.

Very complete and quiet hotel great staff service

At first looked good from outside but that was it, the apartment had broken furniture witch they replaced without us saying anything, the room wasn't very nice, it seemed like the place was made out of carboard boxes theres no sound proffing you could hear EVERYTHING people talking other people's tvs people in the toilet & shower, as the room nxt doors shower was right by my head when im in bed,couldn't watch TV the week we was there as had no reception & keep cutting off, told reception & they said an engineer would come after 11am to fix it but never did so we had to stair at 4 walls everyday, kitchen only has a 2 hob/ microwave/kettle/toaster & no oven units as all f@@ked & falling apart, OH & PREVIOUS PEOPLES FOOD LEFT IN CUBOARD,the place was coverd in ants couldn't put your drink down or you'd have extra topping of ants in it, but the worst thing was the BED the mattress was absolutely disgusting a homeless person would of turn it away heavily stained on both sides & mad me feel sick that they would expect people to sleep on it, my daughters was in another room witch was just as bad 1 floor up & was eaten alive by what ever was living in there mattress, the only good thing about this is its a good location for the party people NOT FAMILYS, & the shower had mighty pressure & very hot, but It needs a big refurbishment

Do not stay here!!! kept our €150 deposit and tried to charge us an additional €25 for a cleaning fee even tho we stripped the beds before we left to make it easier for the cleaner. Extremely rude when challenged about this and threatened to ring the police when my friend recorded for video evidence as they knew they were caught out.

My son and his friends visited in July for a week. To be fair they said the hotel was fine. However, they had to pay a total of £400 deposit on 2 rooms - and have not received it back 6weeks later. No correspondence from the hotel. Love Holidays have said the hotel says they have refunded but nothing to prove this, no receipt or anything! I understand them taking deposits for the group - but that amount is way too much and to not get it back is appalling!

visited as a 25 man stag group. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel as a family one! for us it was fine but the reviews are a fair reflection. £100 euros depoist is grim but understandable. room wasn't to clever. we cut our feet on smashed glass! we had a room overlooking the bins!! its not that cheap either to be fair! we had a good time but if its going to be aimed at stags and hens then put some more parties on and relax with late night noise. would recommend as a group of lads or lasses

DO NOT VISIT I cannot even explain how disappointed I was to stop at this hotel . For starters, they seemed extremely prejudice towards English. I felt very disrespected and couldn’t believe how I was spoken to. We had to pay a 100€ deposit as we arrived and being from un-wealthy family this was nearly a quarter of our spendings. The cleaners were the only positive thing about the whole experience. The lobby staff spoke to me disgustingly. Therefore we felt uneasy throughout the whole time staying here.
