"This was the hotel we chose for our last night, a 0.5-day stay. We bought a package that included airport drop-off service, which was very convenient. The pool is large, and there are Korean restaurants and massage shops nearby, making it a great place to relax before heading to the airport. The staff were also friendly and promptly addressed any issues. It's a great value-for-money hotel. And the view is fantastic too, haha!"

"An apartment for 1-2 nights. We didn't even stay overnight; we just needed a place to kill time until midnight for our flight. The grounds are huge and beautiful. The beach is nice. Staying here for an entire vacation would be suicide; it's far too quiet. Mostly Vietnamese/Chinese tourists. Absolutely no infrastructure. Closer to Lugano, we saw some cafes and a spa, but there are no shops whatsoever. The cleaning was awful. In the nightstand, there was a pile of hair from the previous guest!!!! Be aware, the large building is closer to the sea. The map shows it differently, and our taxi took us to a different hotel."

"A wonderful hotel with a fantastic breakfast, beautiful grounds, and excellent service. I regretted only booking one night. We had a room with a pool on the 6th floor. The breakfast had a huge variety of dishes and delicious coffee. Check-in was fast, even though the front desk was very busy. Upon arrival, we received a voucher for afternoon tea with mini sandwiches and biscuits. The room also had an ironing board and iron, which is rare for hotels in Nha Trang. The beach has fine sand, and there were plenty of sunbeds. You can ride bikes around the property. They offer electric car rides to the sea. I will definitely come back here again."

"We booked one night before our flight. Upon arrival, we waited 40 minutes for the check-in manager, even though we'd arranged via the website to arrive by 1 PM. No one helped us take our luggage to the room. The staff doesn't speak English, so we constantly had to use a translator. We were given an upgraded two-room suite (which we didn't need) with a partial sea view from the side, located in the second building. The restaurant and beach are in the first building, so we had to constantly walk between buildings, which was inconvenient. You could get a buggy, but waiting took too long; it was faster to walk. The restaurant had a small selection of dishes and high prices, so we ordered delivery instead. Breakfast costs 250,000 VND per person, which I think is expensive for a standard breakfast. We wanted to eat fruit we brought with us, but they didn't provide cutlery. For ice, we were told to go to the bar, but there was no one at the bar or reception (((( This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. In the morning, there was a strong sewage smell from the street, and our room was on the 12th floor – we wanted to have coffee on the balcony (((( Overall, everything is done very slowly at this hotel; the staff is in no rush. Before this, we stayed at a 4-star hotel where everything was perfect. We should have just stayed there; we wanted to try something different for our last day, but it was just sad 😞. On the positive side, the hotel is large, the beds are luxurious, and the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, but there's a lot of unused space, which is a shame. I would have liked to dine in the garden next to the pool, for example. The pool is lovely, and so are the hot springs, but you can only use them for two hours a day, and we didn't get to."
