We have a bad experience in this hotel. We arrived late in the evening coming from Ilocos. I thought we can have a good rest after a tiring day however the owner said we book a standard room And not a family room so she insisted that we pay for additional since they gave us a family room. But i booked for a family room and my booking was confirmed by the Trip.com but the owner insisted otherwise. And said that Reddoors (since their hotel is registered ) have told them that I paid for a standard room. This is the worst ever experience in my entire. I never ever thought there will be like this. The owner wanted that i really pay an extra inspite of the written confirmation from Trip.com, she still insisting that I paid less. She only stops when a relative of hers handling the booking talk with her over the phone and says she wont be paying an additional Fee since she booked for a family room. Sigh! Heres another, the toilet dont have water so you need to flush the CR when you do your thing! “Tabo system, ba “ (Tagalog) or in English You use dipper yo get water and flush the toilet! We have a bad night but we didnt dwell on it we slept and early in the morning we left the place .

Very accomodating staff, very clean room. Highly recommended for family gatherings or solo backpackers.
