The room and patio at the hotel are gorgeous! Jackie helped us immensely get settled, showing us around the hotel and letting us know the sights in the area. She made sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation! You’re the best!

Terrible, absolutely terrible! The service was awful.

The room is large with fireplace heating, jacuzzi bathtub🛁shower🚿small amount of water (Asians still like to take showers). There was no breakfast, so I bought bread 🥖butter in the supermarket in town, toasted it in the kitchen, and made coffee ☕️ (see the picture). Check-in day arrived at 7:30 pm (the boss went home and left the key 🔑 in the mailbox) ), there are shops around the hotel. For dinner, I found Mexican 🇲🇽pizza (so delicious) which closes at 9:30. In the morning, I drove 🚗 to the castle reception center for about 12 minutes (remember to book a tour online to take the bus 🚌 up the mountain)
