Excellent location! Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and a conveniently located train station nearby. Apartment was cozy, well-stocked, and perfect for 2 people. Street parking was doable (visitor parking permit provided) but there’s also a parking garage nearby. Ken was very responsive and available through messages.

great location, ok for a 1 night stopover The property was in a great location for a 1 night stopover in Boston. Metro stop (Central) was few minutes walk. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby. We had 2 couples staying. The Sofa Bed was only suitable for 1 person. There was a 2nd mattress/bed but limited bedding options. So I wouldn't recommend for 4 Adults. There were some stains on the Sofa Bed that were slightly off-putting, sink & shower could do with a bit of a scrub as had some staining, overall cleanliness was just about acceptable. It is in a Student Area but was very quiet late on , no parties etc which was great as it was a Saturday and we half expected it to be lively , so we had a decent night sleep. Area felt very safe to walk. Having Free Parking was a bonus and we were able to secure a spot outside the property. Overall , this was a very economical way to do a short stay in Boston , Boston Hotels & Parking are very expensive unless you stay way out in the Suburbs , so despite a few flaws I would recommend this property for a economical way to stay close to Boston Centre.

Heart Cambridge-MIT The property is listed that it can accommodate up to 4 people. With two adults and a teenager, it was very tight inside the apartment. The futon is had old stains, very small and hard as a rock. If the extra mattress in the closet is used, there would be no room to walk inside the apartment. Only one tv inside the bedroom, an additional tv in the living room would have been nice. Bed in the bedroom is old, too soft with no support. Sheets had old stains on them (used a black light to check for stains and cleanliness of the apartment), overall the place was not very clean. Also, the stairwell is very narrow and difficult to carry luggage up to the room. Only plus was the Redline T-station was close. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Very disappointed.
