Good location and friendly staff. Great access to service station and lots of space in the car park. A lovely sunset and view of the moon too! 😂

Pros: Many restaurants next to hotel, spacious room, water is hot and strong enough for a soothing shower (you can even sit down during shower), basic amenities are all provided, friendly staff Cons: Tissue and toilet paper are not refilled before check-in, bed sheets are a bit dusty, controller of heater is broken

Easy access and great options of foods from the service.

So likable I extended. The location score only applies if you have a vehicle. It’s a truck highway stop with a petrol station, EV car chargers and a large food court containing multiple outlets. If you don’t have a vehicle it’s an uber or long walk to public transport. The hotel itself is functional with accommodating staff. Ive wasted 10 mins of my life trying to upload photos of the EV charging station. It exists and is a plus for the hotel.

There are basic necessities that allows us to stop and rest for one night ☺️

Single bed was small and not particularly comfortable, double bed was better, however there was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the toilet seat wasn’t attached properly. We were only given two towels although the room was booked for three. Otherwise, the room was clean enough and the service was very helpful. Free parking which wasn’t clear when booking.

The location is inside A14 service station, and there are many shops as M&S, Costa, Mcdonald's, and so on. An tesco extra is also closer to this hotel. It was good that the parking fee is free here. My room is behind the reception and it was a little noisy. You should ravoid choosing the room, if possible.

Location is great! Affordable cost! Given a free parking, which was bonus. As located in service station, a selection of fast-food restaurant is available nearby. Cleanliness is not great! Visible crumbs on the carpet and drawers, with filthy looking curtains. Breakfast is available on site but a but pricey should you decide to have it daily over a 3 day booking. Decision to make it a try on our first day, not a fan. Staff in the kitchen not friendly. Not attempted to make conversation (as if not heard us) at all when asked if topping up as containers were mostly empty and not even closing time yet. Definitely not value for money . Reception staff are great! Over all experience - satisfactory. Will consider staying again (hope they improve with cleanliness) Thanks!
