3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 8 Spacious, open first floor gives your group plenty of relaxing space. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two main-floor bedrooms, one with a full size bed and one with bunk beds, and a bath with a claw-foot tub. The winding staircase takes you to the master bedroom, master bath that has a jacuzzi tub, and in-house laundry. Outside, the open patio gives you a great view of the canal which leads to Wampler's Lake. Relax by the fire pit, chat with friends while enjoying the patio umbrella, table and chairs, or go for a stroll through the welcoming neighborhood. Recent upgrades include a new front patio & steps, and a new seawall and dock. Fresh lawn to go along with the upgrades means there's great space for yard games and for everyone to play. You are a short walk to Jerry's Pub and only minutes to drive to Hayes State Park, downtown Brooklyn, and MIS speedway featuring NASCAR and Faster Horses. Nice, quiet location. The home was very comfortable for my family -5 adults total. The neighborhood was walkable and pleasant. Eric , the host, was responsive and answered every question. Check in and check out was very easy.

Peaceful Repose The house is in a peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We were greeted and welcomed by many as were our dogs. The neighborhood was also full of rabbits, which ultimately caused the most excitement in our house for the family, but especially for the dogs. There's also a rabbit making a burrow in the backyard, so we all got a bit of entertainment watching that take place.If you plan to stay, but not go outside, I'd recommend bringing your Roku or fire stick for the TV. We using casting to watch shows when we were there.The house is well stocked with pillows and blankets and the kitchen is extremely organized. I hope the next vacationers enjoy the space as much as we did.

Great property We had a great experience overall! Although we had to shorten our stay and didn’t get to fully enjoy everything the cabin had to offer, we were impressed by how remarkably clean it was. The owner was very communicative and accommodating, which we greatly appreciated. We’d love to return in the future to experience everything!

Very clean was a great stay Booked my stay in September wish it could have warmer to get out on the lake. Everything was labeled in the kitchen make it very easy to find what I needed. Everything was very clean.
