STAY HOTEL PORTO CENTRO ANTAS

They gave me the room in 1st floor. It has so bad & strong smell in the washroom. I couldn’t sleep at 1st night. I complained of it, and staff said it’s ok if you closed door hahaha. And keep saying can’t change now as it’s full. Doesn’t make sense cause I didn’t see many people like that in the hotel. Anyway I keep complaining next day and they changed the room but it’s in same floor. Same smell so I gave up. I think they need do something to get rid of that smell. I paid more for staying hotel but feel like It was not hotel. When I came back to Canada after vacation, I heard that some hotels assign the lower floor only for Asian (It makes sense cause I had 3 hotels while traveling to Portugal, all of my rooms are in 1st floor. Is it coincidence?). I will not think of it anymore as it makes me a little sad. But this hotel need to do something for it.

The hotel was very low average on general. The room was not well maintained, electrical wall plugs were out of the wall, the paint of the WC was fall a part. The room are not well isolated from the neighbours rooms, we could hear every single conversation or noise. The hotel manager was extremely snob and not willing to try to help in small details.

Nice little hotel with confy beds and pillows, good internet and in a nice area of the city with cafés and restaurantes. The only complain is the noise of all the other rooms; i could here the next door guests having a shower 🙄

Despite is advertised they have parking, the parking was not available. Also, thr room had a dump smell, which we had to change room because it wasn’t unbearable

Not a very nice hotel. The breakfast for 35 euros for 2 nights is a joke🙈wouldn’t stay again.
