It was my first time at this hotel. I would stay again but would like to give advice to the manager and staff. The hotel is in an excellent location. I used to live in Campinas for more than 20 years, and was back after 5 years to visit. I can say that the hotel is walking distance from many things. As a market, pharmacies, restaurants, Giovanetti and also the center of Campinas. My only issue was with the breakfast. On the two days that I went for coffee around 9am, there was no bread and cold cuts, until I left at almost 10am, they had not replaced. This left me a little disappointed. I even asked a staff, but even so it was not replaced. Another thing, when we were having breakfast, a staff was putting the dishes in place, but there was a lot of noise of plates, glasses and cutlery. Things that bother you mainly in the morning. Another thing was the person above our room, 2am walking with high hills and stomping their feet.

The hotel is a good option for location and in terms of amenities offered. Staff is attentive but non-intrusive. My requests at check-in and check-out were attended (nothing major asked but still a good point taken). Breakfast is small but has a good variety overall; products were fresh and they even had kosher, lac-free options. cleanliness was on point. Wi-fi had a free option which was sometimes interrupted but enough for regular usage. bathroom was a good size, shower pressure was good and temperature set accordingly. I got a room on the far left of the hotel and thus had another building right at me, it didn't bother me but is is something to take in account. neighbourhood seems pleasant enough if not a bit empty throughout the day and night.

A modern style hotel close to Campinas centre. Rooms are just the right size in modern design and well equipped. My room had a nice small balcony but the street noise does not invite to stay long outside. Unfortunately you also can hear louder cars and motorcycles when the balcony door is closed! The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a well equipped fitness area in the 21st floor with nice view over Campinas; on the groundfloor a small but very nice outside pool invites to spend some time. historic town centre and a zoological parc are within walking distance (15-20 minutes) The breakfast is very good, cold and warm buffet. Only in the evening I found the restaurant a little dark, I had hard times to read the menu.

Breakfast varied with 3 juices, many cakes in the area, cold and salty. Liked it. Good internet signal. Check in and check out fast. I have been for 8 nights so I gave it a good rating. It has double rooms for families, with interconnecting door. So choose one that is not so if you are not in family you may have trouble soundproofing with the neighboring room. Suggestion to the management to place in these doors acoustic rubber tape. That was very good.

They called me at 7:00 at checkin and asked what hours I was going to checkin (since when the guest has to talk what hours you're going to checkin????) said it would be 21:00 p.m. I was dining. I arrived at 22:00 and Leandro, a ignorant, badly responding, said he had not arrived at the time I had spoken, so he cancelled my reservation; when I arrived, I had no rooms (he said that was OK) and I had to look for a hotel at 23:00. I never passed a poe experience of this, and I recommend that nobody book this hotel with no professionalism.

Trata-se de um prédio antigo, os quartos são como apartamentos, com sala, quarto, cozinha, banheiro e sacada. A acomodação é boa, mas o gás não está disponibilizado para uso do fogão, é necessário pagar taxa extra. O chuveiro é um pouco fraco, o ar condicionado é antigo, dá conta mas é barulhento. Não havia corta luz na porta da sacada, o jeito foi dormir com a porta do quarto fechada. A cama de casal é do tipo que une 2 boxes de solteiro, então acaba tendo um movimento de separação que fica desconfortável. As TVs são boas, os canais à cabo tb, mas o Wi-Fi é muito fraco. Para quem está à trabalho fica bem complicado. A sacada não tem rede, achei bem perigoso para quem tem criança. O restaurante fica no último andar e os elevadores não são regulados, de forma que para subir, sempre acaba descendo até o térreo primeiro. O café da manhã é razoável. A academia fica fechada, é necessário pedir um cartão para utilizá-la. Pegamos uma semana chuvosa, então não tenho como avaliar bem a piscina, só reparei que não há escada ou outra forma de acessibilidade. A vista é muito boa pq fica em frente à Praça Pará. Como a região é central, não é uma praça para ser frequentada à noite, mas durante o dia é tranquila. O estacionamento é cobrado e o café da máquina na recepção também.

Excellent hotel located in Cambuí neighborhood. One student told me the neighborhood of Cambuí for my trip and is really a very quiet neighborhood with bars and restaurant options, I believe one of the best and most safe Campinas. The hotel is comfortable and has large rooms in the apartment model, with kitchen with microwave, table, sofa and room with closet and cable TV channels. The hotel has a simple but tasty and varied breakfast with a choice of cakes and breads, yoghurt, coffee, natural juice, fermented milk. Only a reserve: In the room there were broken floors at the entrance of the bathroom, risking to cut the foot, and the door that gave to the room was broken near the hair, making it impossible to close, which lets the air conditioning escape to the rest of the apartment. When we had arrived there was only one towel game in the room (1 bathroom and 1 face), then we asked to bring another one, but we had to ask three times, then it came only the next day and we had to divide the towel. I would certainly return to the Victory Residence!

We spent 13 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located between a residential and small industrial area. The near motorway is not to hear. The entire facility is very well maintained and in a very good condition. The rooms are not living, the mattresses are not through. The bathroom is quite spacious and modern. Breakfast buffet is almost no desires open and should be mentioned. The staff is always premature and as used in Brazil, friendly. At the reception is also spoken in English. Also the own restaurant is good, which is still worthwhile for a hotel. We will certainly come back.

Pelo preço da diária não parecia ser um quarto sem frigobar, sem telefone e sem TV a cabo. Mas o pior de tudo foi o ”gerente”, que parecia querer me extorquir pois não reconheceu meu pagamento por uma agência internacional, me questionava toda hora sobre o pagamento, dizendo que eu havia sofrido um golpe na internet e que não era justo ele ficar sem receber. Após vários contatos meus com a agência Trip.com que me atendeu muito bem e se mostrou preocupada com minha situação, finalmente ele perguntou meu nome e disse que já tinha recebido sim, há 3 dias. E que toda confusão era pq não havia dito meu nome pra ele. Como assim? Ou é muito burro ou quis dar uma de esperto. Lamentável. Nunca mais ponho os pés lá. E não indico a ninguém. Nem a péssima localização do hotel foi pior do que esse tratamento.

For those who know Campinas: well located, near the road and the center. For those who do not know Campinas: is in a dangerous place, risky walking alone. New apartment, all refurbished. I just didn't like the bathroom door, which is glass. Good breakfast, I read some negative comments and I think they are old.. I had even mexed egg, cold, cake, more than one type of juice, cereals, fruit, etc, like any hotel. Two negative points: 1)parking, in fact, not available. There are about 4 or 5 vacancies in front of the establishment, insufficient for the rooms. My suggestion: come before, around 12 and walk in the centre until check in.. This is the way you save money with third-party parking. 2)Check-in time: 14 hours! It's too late ... Since the exit is 11.. small rooms do not require so much time for cleaning, that is not even perfect. I would like to see the Commission's proposals for a new programme for the Community's financial assistance.

It was my first time at this hotel. I would stay again but would like to give advice to the manager and staff. The hotel is in an excellent location. I used to live in Campinas for more than 20 years, and was back after 5 years to visit. I can say that the hotel is walking distance from many things. As a market, pharmacies, restaurants, Giovanetti and also the center of Campinas. My only issue was with the breakfast. On the two days that I went for coffee around 9am, there was no bread and cold cuts, until I left at almost 10am, they had not replaced. This left me a little disappointed. I even asked a staff, but even so it was not replaced. Another thing, when we were having breakfast, a staff was putting the dishes in place, but there was a lot of noise of plates, glasses and cutlery. Things that bother you mainly in the morning. Another thing was the person above our room, 2am walking with high hills and stomping their feet.

Very well located, very large suite (being an old hotel that is an advantage) with few rooms in each floor and comfortable beds as well as a group of staff who from the reception to the ladies of breakfast all treated me very well and very well You have a supermarket nearby with great prices if you want to buy something and various bus points that will take you to anywhere in the city. A good hotel close to Viracopos Airport. The restaurant is ok and there are options nearby. If you need a quick stay you Will find a kind staff and the minimum you need before your trip. The beds are large and the linen is fine. Just one complaint, the pillows are awful but the matress compensate, somehow. Big bathroom with good shower.
