Very good location, the structure decorations and layout are very unique, the roof top terrace is outstanding. Very nice place to have private parties and weddings . The rooms are fairly spacious with comfortable beds.
The self parking was good and the included breakfast was great
Price is very reasonable and the stuff helpful .
As a suggestion I would use bigger flat screen tv in the bedrooms and some information booklets with the list of all the amenities and services available for the guests..

Un hotel dove regna l’educazione, la cortesia Il buon cibo Bellissima accoglienza in una sala molto ben attrezzata che si è prestata all’esigenza del ballo. Stanza pulita , luminosa Parcheggio a disposizione Personale davvero gentile e simpatico

Siamo stati al Gran Hotel in settimana per un matrimonio…Iniziando dalla struttura trascurata e dal personale poco cortese stanza fetida e trascurata e non parliamo del cibo e del servizio pessimissimo (bicchieri e posate mai cambiate se non chiedevi) e cibo usato nel menù nunziale riciclato per il gran buffet della cena!!! Non lo consiglio a nessuno meglio un B&B che sicuro non avrà 4 stelle fasulle

Pessimi, veramente pessimi! Chiamo la struttura il 12 LUGLIO 2023 per il 9 di AGOSTO per prenotazione di una cena tramite Smartbox, mi viene detto dal figlio del proprietario di inviare un e-mail alla struttura, cosa che viene fatta immediatamente. Non ricevendo risposta dopo 1 settimana, decido di richiamare e mi viene risposto in modo scortese e cafone che devo starmi tranquilla e che mi verrà risposto. Il 27 Luglio decido di ripresentarmi in struttura, l'email non era stata nemmeno letta eppure era praticamente in cima, mi viene a questo punto GARANTITO che entro i primi giorni di Agosto mi verrà inviata un'ulteriore e-mail per confermare la prenotazione perché a quanto pare ancora non studiavano il piano e le prenotazioni di Agosto. Questa mattina 7 AGOSTO mi presento in strutta chiedo cortesemente di parlare con il figlio del proprietario e non si degna nemmeno di presentarsi, ma tramite terzi vengo a sapere che è chiuso e che sono in ferie e che in questi casi si prendono il lusso di CANCELLARE le prenotazioni quando sono poche.. veramente professionali, meritate di chiudere come sta succedendo.

hotel ben progettato e struttura bella. colazione nella norma ma consiglio di rivedere i dettagli in quanto ci sono alcune cose migliorabili (un poco di polvere diffusa, piccole parti con punti di ruggine...) ... prezzi leggermente alti rispetto all'offerta della struttura

nell'oggetto quello che ritengo esser il problema di questa struttura. Soggiornare in un albergo 4 stelle fa pensare a un certo tipo di servizi e di prestazioni che di fatto non ci sono. Provo a raccontare le criticità. Appena si entra è forte la sensazione di alloggiare in una struttura che necessiterebbe una bella rinfrescata. Tutto appare "vecchio" ma questo potrebbe voler esser lo stile proposto e quindi me ne faccio una ragione. Molto meno quando entro nella stanza dove i difetti sono evidenti. Il materasso è basso e scomodo, tutto appare trasandato e molto vissuto. Poi si entra in bagno e si ha l'impressione di entrare in un bagno anni 60! La tavoletta del bagno è rovinata. L'asta che porta gli asciugamani della doccia è rotta, mi è bastato sfiorare l'asciugamano per veder volare asciugamani ed asta! La pulizia è sufficiente ed infine la colazione sufficiente, abbondante nella proposta, ma non di qualità alta. Alla luce di quanto detto ho fatto un compromesso nel giudizio finale. Se fosse un albergo di tre stelle il giudizio sarebbe migliore vista la coerenza dei servizi con il livello. trattandosi di una struttura 4 stelle il voto è necessariamente più basso. A chi consiglierei questo albergo? Faccio prima a dire a chi lo sconsiglierei ovverosia a coppie giovani o meno giovani attente ai particolari e allergici al demone

Ho ricevuto in regalo per il mio compleanno uno smart box per un week end nel verde, peccato che quando sono andata a vedere i posti tra cui scegliere si trattava di tutti posti discutibili, periferici e hotel 2 stelle. Optiamo quindi per Campobasso dove x motivi di famiglia ci rechiamo spesso e così ci siamo detti abbiamo il soggiorno pagato. Peccato che le notti da due sono risultate 1 con un supplemento di 10 euro visto le 4 stelle. Da prenotazione risulta 1 stanza de luxe, 1 aperitivo, 1 DVD sul Molise e colazione a buffet. Arrivo in una stanza normale, senza accessori tipo tappetino, cuffia doccia e al mattino anche con acqua fredda Festa di 18 anni ospitata in terrazza che ci ha tenuto svegli fino alle 2 di notte. Del prosecco con finger food all'arrivo e del DVD neppure l'ombra. Che dire fregature da smart box. Per fortuna non torneremo. Molto gentile il portiere tutto fare devo dire salvo solo lui.
