JS Miramar

Fantastic hotel and the staff make it. Very friendly reception staff on arrival. Easy check in, lovely welcome drink also served by Pepe. Chatty and friendly during the week we stayed. Lovely bar area nice fresh and bright with sea views. Pool table in there also. Great room, very clean views over the pool and sea in room 313. Cleaners come in everyday change towels ect. Just put the sign on the door. Thanks to Luz the room was spotless. Great food .. the restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful during meal service. Nice pool area never very busy and always got sun loungers. The beach is opposite. Toilet door is on the outside of the hotel so you don’t need to go back into the hotel if using the pool. Key cards let you in to the pool area. So it’s secure not open to anyone outside the hotel. Lots of bars and restaurants. Friday Market sets up outside the hotel that runs down the promenade.. lovely gifts, jewellery, bags , toys .. it’s an enjoyable walk. Don’t forgot to haggle. Some entertainment in the hotel , singers, Djs in the bar around 9pm. Nice mix of couples, single parents and family’s at the hotel. Free use of the gym, nice little gym every thing in there. We had a great time everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. We had early flights , the dining room was open for us at 5am to have a coffee and a light breakfast. The little things like that made it for us. We will definitely be back. Pleasantly surprised. Thankyou to all the staff that made our holiday extra amazing.

Perfect location, right on the beach. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows. A small fridge allowed us to keep drinks cold and to fill our bottles and keep cold for the following day. Upon arrival at 23:15 we were able to have something to eat in the restaurant, they left some items for late arrivals. This was great. We were half board and the breakfast and dinner had something for everyone, even for my 3 year old son and 9 year old niece. The food was lovely. The pool area and pool were kept clean as was the rest of the hotel. There is an outside toilet for the pool users, and your room card gains entry to this and the pool area. The jacuzzi was not in use when we were there. The only negative I have is that as we booked two rooms on the same booking it would have been nice to have rooms next to each other. Even though there was a wall between balconies we still could have sat on our balconies and chatted whilst the children slept. The balconies on one side of the hotel were smaller than the other, with the option to upgrade upon arrival if there was availability. Despite not having rooms next to each other this did not ruin our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again. We did stay whilst the Can Picafort festival began and it was located right out the front of the hotel with the music on the Saturday night going on until 4:30am. Overall it was a lovely hotel with friendly staff.

One of the best 3-star hotels we've ever been. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, great location directly on the beach. We had a room on 6th floor and we had gorgeus view. Everyone in hotel was very kind, the only thing that bothered me was the excessive use of german language - all over Can Picafort... There is not enough feeling that you are on a Spanish island. Overall it was really great and we will come back for sure.

Hotel has helpfully and friendly staff. Perfect gastronomy with a lot of Mallorcas specialities and fresh wegetables and fruits. Drinks are not included in half board. Good location near sandy beach but without private car parking. Parking on the street was sometime in the afternoon problematic and need to walk more then 5 minutes back to hotel. Hotel's room are older and need update but it is still useable. I recommand this hotel.

Hotel 2 second walk from a beautiful beach and harbour. Extremely clean hotel and facilities. No kettle in the room had to pay 15 euros unexpected and a bit of a letdown. Pool not connected to hotel which was not mentioned, walk out of hotel and across small road into pool. Which was walled off gated. Very oppressive and claustrophobic. Wouldn't of stayed if this was clear on booking, so there was no use of pool for full stay. Disappointing. Stayed half board. Good choices of food for breakfast and dinner.

We stayed at JS Miramar for the week and was pleasantly surprised. A lovely small boutique hotel with friendly staff. With the Easyjet delay we arrived at the hotel extremely late in the evening, and the hotel offered us something small for dinner which was really lovely and kind. The hotel itself is lovely. Great location. Parking is tricky but everything about it was great. It’s clean. Love that you can tell them with a card when you’d like the sheets changed and also the pool area was immaculate. The pool area is also non smoking so for us, a big plus!!! Shame a group were vaping but they were on the other side so not an issue. Cleaning is good, staff are helpful and polite and reception staff great too. Will definitely look at JS hotel group again- if they operate the same as this one. Rooms quiet too i.e you won’t hear next door people talking. Only criticism we had, was the food temperature - a lot of it was luke warm, and lack of fish/ seafood/ chicken options but plenty of choice regardless. Keep up the great work. Small team, but you all do a great job and work very hard. Thank you for having us and looking after us. Mucho gracias!

Brilliant hotel spotlessly clean modern decor, comfortable beds on sea front central to the quiet part to marina and to the bars and shops .Helpful well organized staff that worked well together would be using this hotel again .Had a wonderful stay

We arrived to the hotel day before during our flight change .hotel did not have room for us but they let us sleep in lobby on very comfortable sofas. in the morning around 8 am they said oir room is ready .which was surprised. the only thing it was not the room we booked on the too floor.but premium room in second floor which was first from the sea and we had amazing views!!!! the room was nice.and i really appreciated that they let us check in at 8 am and we could go and eat breakfast and after quick rest we were ready to go to explore the area. All staff are super friendly and happy .Pepe is a king of this castle :) allways happy. singing . smiling all staff made our stay fantastic .food amazing everydays some choices-except red onion which i only can tolerate .wasnt in.but no problem it was plenty other choices which we enjoy every day.Only this slamming doors which guest couldn't closed quietly with respect to other guests-we did try all the time to close it as quiet as possible-but some guest just did care about others.and cleaning service very loudly in the morning -but we alway was already awake so not big deal .but for somebody who want sleep longer earplugs are needed! we had the hair in bathroom when we arrived from somebody else.but i assuming they try to quickly prepare our room so we could go in .so no problem at all .The Hospital beds as somebody wrote in review are the best beds i slept !!!!!!very comfortable and i have great sleep every day!!!!! Thank uou guys to make our stay amazing 😍😍😍😍

Nice service, always friendly. Beach next to it. Nice and calm. Good food with a lot of choice. The bedrooms are nice. The swimming pool is good. The rooms are cleaned every day which is quite luxurious.
