Overall, everything was fine. The breakfast had few options but was adequate for my personal preference. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One drawback is that the hotel seems quite old, so most of the equipment isn't new anymore. In room 201, the door lock had a gap through which you could see inside. The room design was a bit strange; my room was L-shaped, with the air conditioner positioned at the top of the L and the bed at the bottom. So, sleeping in the corner was very hot. The TV was just for decoration; there was no signal from any channel. In general, since I only stayed one night for a business trip and checked in late, I didn't feel the need to change rooms or have any other issues. Overall, I would give the hotel a 7/10.

The hotel is located in a new residential area so the road is clean, The inside of the hotel is clean, the room is spacious, the water is strong, the breakfast is quite delicious. Overall, I am very satisfied when booking a room here.

Breakfast wasn't bad, but as the reviews said, getting tickets was a bit of a hassle. While the lobby was decorated for Christmas, the room wasn't in great condition, and I couldn't get cold drinks in the room. Laundry service seemed a bit pricey.

The hotel is increasingly deteriorating. Our team travels for business monthly and frequently stays at this hotel due to its convenient location, although the price is disproportionately high. After this business trip, we decided not to return to Anh Dao 2 because of the extremely poor service of the staff. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, from December 11th to December 14th, 2024. The staff assigned us rooms that were dwarfed by the four rooms occupied by nearly 20 Hanoi students. The students were playing and running around outside all night, keeping us awake the first night, and the second night was the same until we had to personally leave our room and speak to them to quiet down, but even then, the noise didn't completely stop. For the first two nights, the staff were indifferent and ignored our concerns, constantly asking for our understanding and only reminding the student group once after we complained twice or three times. The staff also didn't proactively offer to change rooms for us. Only on the third day, when we requested a room change, did they move us to an older room far from the student group's room. The room smelled strongly of mold and was smaller than the one we initially booked. That night, I had a mold allergy and developed a fever and cough all night, but the staff still didn't take this opportunity to appease us. Instead, they told us to go to the end of the street to buy medicine ourselves. Finally, my female friend had to walk 2km to find the only pharmacy around midnight. When checking out, the staff charged us for laundry but then charged extra for both washing and ironing, even though I hadn't requested ironing as I had my own iron. We were extremely disappointed with the Cherry Blossom 2 team on this trip!!!
