Best Five Star Hotels in Can Tho

This hotel is in a nice location, not far from the river, quiet in the evenings. Not far from important places. It is a large hotel with big rooms, large reception area, easy parking, has a grand feeling to it. But the hotel is not being kept up well. Walls have marks on them, carpets have stains, it looks and feels old. And so instead of making renovations and modern changes, they include breakfast buffets and lower the price some days. It’s too bad, I’m sure when the hotel first opened, many people talked about it.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Can Tho and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I felt like I was staying in a luxurious retreat with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was simply awesome, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. I especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed juices and the omelette station. The staff were always attentive and made sure that everything was perfect. The club lounge was a great touch, providing a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were taken care of. And last but certainly not least, the gym was absolutely amazing. It was well equipped with top-of-the-line equipment and had a great view of the city. I enjoyed working out every morning and it was a great way to start the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Sheraton Can Tho and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The great rooms, awesome breakfast, club lounge, and gym all made my stay a memorable one. Thank you to the staff for making it such a great experience!

I like this hotel and may stay there again if I am in Can Tho. The staff were very friendly. The location is excellent, near the busy area by the river. There are plenty of dining options and shops nearby. The bed was comfortable and quite big (seemed wider than a regular King size bed). Breakfast was good.

The environment is really great, the island is left alone, there are lush ancient banyan trees everywhere, the rooms are sanitary twice a day, the quality of the hotel staff is also very good, and they smile every time they meet. On the island, you can ride a bicycle and dance with nature in the fragrance of lotus. It is really beautiful! The most important thing is that in this fight against the epidemic, the hotel staff did not exclude the Chinese, helped us prepare all the items we needed, consulted on our flight situation many times, and made us feel the warmth of home in a foreign land. So far, the only hotel that is not tired after staying for six nights.

The location of the hotel was good, the cleanliness was good, and the information desk staff's guidance and response service was good. The breakfast taste was good. I also liked the cleanliness of the room.

Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. There is quite a smell from the bathroom drain... the ventilation is not good. The location is neither great nor bad. Just cost-effective? That much

great. The pool is nice and the staff service is good, but the dinner doesn't seem to be good compared to the price. Eat a lot for breakfast Since it is not a tourist destination like Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, Koreans have dinner and breakfast, so those who are not good at coriander may have a hard time.

I stayed for 22 nights at the Ninh Kieu hotel in Can Tho. The breakfast there was excellent. The location was great. I enjoyed walking down to the river parks each evening. A rather large shopping mall was next door and they had about 6 places to eat. The food court and night market was close by. The staff was very friendly. They even had a great cleaning service which is helpful when you are travel for over a month. Can Tho University, Campus 2 was an easy taxi ride away.

I booked this hotel last minute after deciding to leave where I had planned to stay overnight. There weren’t a lot of economical choices remaining. The hotel lobby is somewhat lavish, the room I had was basic, but clean (especially compared to where I’d left!), and the bed was comfortable. Walls are a little thin, so you can hear folks in the hallway, and the hotel is generally a little worn. But a good value for the price.
