Clean room, actually had good bedding. Were super efficient and helpful as we got in so late. Breakfast options were superior to most continental breakfasts

The staff was helpful and friendly. Our queen room was clean and nicely updated. The surrounding area is nice and safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were not ready as promised. Was told twice our room would be ready and it was still not ready. Bonita, who was working the front desk, was more interested in talking to another staff member who was showing her a gift basket than addressing our issue. Contacted corporate to file a complaint. Thankfully the lady you handled our complaint about the room not being available at 3 pm was awesome. She was understanding, helpful, and apologized...unlike Bonita. The sad part is we were not the only one. The lobby was packed with people who were denied access to their room they paid for. Why? Because this location only had 3 housekeepers on duty. The area had multiple events going on and the hotel was well aware the hotel was fully booked. We will never stay at this hotel Hampton 700 W. Waterloo in Canal Winchester Ohio again

Good place to stay. Breakfast was ok and the place & room was neat and clean. Maybe a little pricey for the location.

the parking was great ,I was able to park just under my room window so I could view my vehicle from my room ,and use the remote starter,from there to start and warm up the engine . the beds were plush and very comfortable.and my room was clean top to bottom .and the every other day clean service is a good idea as well. the staff was very pleasant and equally took care of any need i had quickly. but I did notice on my recent , that management had put a wrong address as where I was from , it was an address I am not familiar with. I enjoyed my stay very much . having t.v as well very nice .Thank you.

Staff was amazing. Room was clean and great. Breakfast was awesome!

The room was HUGE! Very spacious, as was the bathroom! However, the water wasnt hot enough to get a hot bath 😕, which was a shame cuz everything was spotless! The breakfast was good, and well stocked, but the coffee was luke-warm (and l was there within 20 minutes of breakfast’s opening).

I love it here and this was my second time staying I will be staying again
