View from room was beautiful. Dinner at sand bar was good. Trivia night was very fun. Thank you for a great staycation.

Lovely views, great hot tub, modern light filled room with large shower, pleasant staff. However, they didn’t respond for our request for 2 more robes. Also, a coffee station in the lobby of the large building of cottages where we stayed would have been nice.

Customer service was the best. My wife needed an Emory board and they went to the store and brought it to her. Above and beyond service.

Great place. Had a weekend getaway here, and highly recommend. Dinner at Rose Tavern, while lovely spot, really didn't impress us with the menu. However, the breakfast, via room service, was outstanding! Great heated pool & hot tub!

We absolutely loved the lake house. We’ve already booked our return trip in August to fully immerse ourselves in the summer experience and all its delightful offerings. The staff and customer service there were exceptional, providing us with an unparalleled and memorable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse! The whole experience was top notch and even with a slight mix up, they went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. It was a surprise stay for my wife's birthday. I reserved dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, Rose Tavern. The service and food was amazing! The front desk service was tremendous. I run a small business and I know what it takes to serve customers at a high standard. The Lakehouse on Canandaigua Lake will be an expierience and stay to remember! Thank you for making my wifes stay so special!

The food is terrible and all food and drinks are overpriced. Got one drink and later got a bill for $31? The delivered breakfast has delivery fees tax and tip so it’s extremely expensive and is horrible quality of food. The biggest complaint I had was my sister called the hotel before I checked in to ask them to surprise me with something for my birthday. They did nothing and then she had to follow up multiple times just for them to give me something 2 days late upon checkout… just not what I would expect from such a highly rated hotel. It’s also disappointing to see that a girl staying a couple days before me had a great and special birthday experience but when I checked in I didn’t have the same experience. In fact they asked me the occasion of my stay at least 3 times. Definitely have had better experiences at cheaper hotels.

This was the second time we stayed overnight and have been to property for dinner separately too. This small resort is just the most quaint little spot in the finger lakes. We are local and love coming here for a little weekend relaxation and to celebrate 50th bdays. We were able to check in a little early & greeted with champagne when we arrived. The weather is chilly this time of year but they still had the pool & jacuzzi heated and open until 10pm. After checking in we had celebratory drinks and appetizers with our group in the Sand Bar restaurant in the resort, everything was delicious, and we had such a great server. We didn’t have dinner at the resort this time and decided to walk over to a restaurant near the resort called Nolan’s for our Italian craving crew. We really enjoyed hanging out at the Rose Tavern for late night drinks. There is a room right outside the entrance to the tavern with comfy seats and tables and a warm fireplace. We met up there after enjoying the hot tub & pool with our group of friends to celebrate 3 50th bdays. I highly recommend the inn, rooms are clean, staff in hotel and restaurants are very friendly and will be staying again in the future during the summer instead as the the resort is blooming with flowers everywhere, there are bicycles offered to explore the area, and the outdoor pool, dining and sunsets are amazing. We didn’t have time to try the spa, but will definitely do that next time. Thank you for the a great stay!
