The food was tasty and the service was amazing! Thank you Roque, Dario, and Oscar for being so attentive. Yall were the best amigos. Bethany was a wonderful host for our room and made sure we had everything we need to make our room comfortable. The room was beautiful. Thank you again gentleman and Bethany y’all were wonderful.

Do not expect to get early check in. You’ll be allowed at 3pm on the dot. You’ll be charged for any extra guests. They will not give you towels and good luck getting a quiet night sleep. The sliding doors are broken and you’ll hear the winds at night & water will come inside on raining days. The AC unit and walls are leaking. They will not give you extra toilet paper rolls if needed. At check out, they’ll have you wait so staff can inspect the room and give you cr@p for any missing towels. The food is trash and the worst of it all, is the staff. Don’t stay here. This hotel is falling apart and treat guests like sh!t.

Here now and it's wonderful! Every single staff member was polite and helpful, including reception. Room was beautiful. Wrap around balcony with gorgeous views. Water pressure was great. Did not have any problems with facilities. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance there is a supermarket in walking distance as well. Senior frogs and Hooters is only about a block away. I see a lot of people complaining about the extra person charge... Read the hotel policies before you book, it explains that right in the policy! Always book directly with hotel! That way you know exactly what phase you're paying! Wifi was perfect too. Highly recommend!

The good - proximity to the beach, nice view (ocean view), free wifi The bad - poor hospitality, unsecured (we were issued room keys to a room that had people sleeping in it), security is rude. Swim up bar was closed - very expensive drinks/food for the quality. Lots of garbage on the beach in front of the hotel. Only 2 bottles of water for our entire stay.

Juan took care of us and was on top of his game making sure we were all settled in and happy. Quick service and was a fun person. Drinks were AMAZING food was very tasty. Everything came out relatively quick, service was so friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Carlos was an amazing server! Kind and attentive, he spoke to me in both English and Spanish to help me learn. His service truly enhanced my dining experience. Highly recommend! Will definitely return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
