Excellent room, seemed to have been upgraded to a bigger one which was lovely! Great location for the ADO bus terminal! Bed very comfortable and pool area nice! Very quiet area too!

The stay was magnificent. After an initial problem with the room, the receptionist immediately resolved the issue, offering us helpfulness, courtesy, and a practical solution. The setting is stunning, very well-maintained, and the pool is enchanting. There's also a restaurant, which we didn't try, however. Highly recommended, and the location in downtown Cancun is also excellent.

Located in the city center, the Haota B&B has rooms with unique characters and elegant furnishings. The swimming pool and bar are designed to be discreet. The two-story B&B has more than ten rooms and was originally a large villa that was renovated!

This hotel is just perfect! Its vibe is unique, I think it goes beyond being a hotel. The pool looks like a cenote, the kitchen is big enough to cook in and the room is spacious and comfortable. Everything is very clean and organized. I had a wonderful time. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax. Excellent for couples as it's a very charming place. I was able to enjoy the delicious bars and restaurants on Av. Nader close to the hotel, go to the beaches 15 minutes away by bus or uber and use the hotel's vintage bicycles to explore the center of Cancún. Enigmatic has several free activities for guests and I loved taking part in them, especially the guacamole lesson!

Clean and nice room .water bottle free.nice it's always hot in Cancun. Beautifull style.the bathroom, the room and the pool .all is designed with style and class The guy with black hair in the front desk is very helpfull and nice . Relaxing environment .I just spend 1 night.to cach the flight tomorrow. Close to las palpas .Soriana and 20 min to Mercado 28. Great location.10 min to Ado. Gracias relaxing hotel.

Very nice location, very clean, everyone friendly, in my opinion the rooms are really pretty, my only complain is that there are mosquitoes so bring repellent, but definitely would go back, around the area tons of food places, coffee shops, supermarket like 10 mins walking, and the artisans market very close too, loved it.

Great space to have great mexican food and the staff are amazing! I've come back to the enigmatic hotel multiple times, not only for the hotel, but specifically for this restaurant Los Compadres! 10/10 This is my favourite hotel in downtown Cancun!
