The bed was very comfortable, and the pool and beach area were very pleasant. There weren't many food options, but there were places to eat nearby. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Good value for money.

Hotel is outdated smells terrible. Food was on not the greatest kind of bland. There is only one elevator which you had to wait forever. The shower was  cold I told the front desk couple of times still cold. I should have listened to the negative reviews they are on point. Almost all the staff didn’t speak English which All that together was frustrating especially on vacation. The only thing that was good was the staff they were nice and attentive but the hotel itself and the water as well as the food was terrible.

This hotel is a 3-star for me. So, it's very expensive for what it is. The building needs a refresh. The rooms don't have toiletries, and the pool is tiny. The beach isn't like the pictures on the website. The air conditioning broke down. In short, I'm disappointed. Because Trip.com advertises it as a 4 or 5-star, I was hoping for at least a minimum level of comfort, especially for the price I paid. The prices for this hotel should be lowered.

Decent hotel with basic amenities, can have a better breakfast buffet. They charge hotel tax at the property only came as a surprise as we thought all the charges are paid upfront.

The hotel isn't bad at all… it has a pretty good location (near the pier for Isla Mujeres, and a bus stop right in front for visiting the entire hotel zone and downtown Cancun), and the staff is amazing, all very friendly and helpful. The facilities need a lot of maintenance… everything is very old, which detracts a lot from the hotel's charm. The food is okay. There's no variety at the buffet, and sometimes when the only restaurant gets full, you have to wait outside for a long time. If your intention is to experience an all-inclusive resort, where the goal is to enjoy the hotel, you're better off choosing somewhere else. But if you want to stay in a hotel to enjoy the city and take day trips, this option might be suitable for those with less demanding needs.

The hotel has good infrastructure and is conveniently located. However, it's advisable to improve the signage, given that it's two connected buildings with somewhat unusual architecture. I found the service to be very good; the food provided is generous and available practically all day; the rooms are clean, as are the facilities in general. It's recommended that the bathrooms be modernized to make the rooms more attractive.

Although it is called an all-inclusive hotel, the dining time is not synchronized with the hotel check-in and check-out time. The buffet lunch I booked could not be eaten at all. I asked to check out at 12:00 on the 28th, and the lunch did not start until 1:30 pm. The hotel ignored it. Although Ctrip refunded part of the fee, the entire itinerary plan was ruined and the fee was not consistent.

The only bad thing was that we spilled a drink in the room and there was no one to help us clean it up. We even had to go down to reception to get rags to clean it up.

Great beachfront location

The service in general was good, only the reception staff is not very friendly, the facilities are good, a little outdated, the breakfast is delicious but the food is not to my liking, the amenities are very good.

Everything was very good!!
